Jesus Christ In Iran
- Ps. 107:19-21 "Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and He saveth them out of their distresses. He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Oh that men would praise the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!"
- Phil. 3:10 "That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death."
Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your STAND! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you. Gal 5
Take my yoke (leading) upon you, let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls Matt 1:29
Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the Lord has been good to you. For you, O Lord, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before the Lord in the land of the living. Ps 116:7-9
Freedom available to you!
Whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (freedom). 2 Cor 3:16-17
Whenever though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil & there they are - face to face!
They suddenly recognize that God is living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone.
And when God is personally present, a living spirit, that old,
constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We're free of it! All of us!
Nothing between us & God, our faces shining, with the brightness of His face.
And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter
& more beautiful as God enters our lives & we become like Him.

Well, I believed what I was doing was right, and if it is right, then there is no risk in digging. I had read about the prophets in the Quran and Hadiths, but Jesus Christ was the only personality that really touched me more than any others. I found - http://www.arabicbible.com/

Our Faith & The Power Of God
Jesus, in John 6:63, said, "It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life." Do you see it? The flesh profits nothing -- the carnal mind, the written word.
Second Corinthians.3:6 says, "...The letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life." So let us not speak the scriptures for the sake of being heard; but let it be the Spirit that quickens -- makes alive.
So when the Spirit moves through us, let us speak like it says in 1 Corinthians 2:4-7, "And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. "And now, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus..."(Phil 2:5). Then the words that we speak are Spirit and Life. They glorify God, not ourselves
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Gal 2:20
Recently someone gave me a book to read entitled Iran, Desperate for God. As I began to read the book, I was overcome with memories of my first trip to Iran in December 2004.
It was an extremely challenging trip just in preparing to take a mission team there, but the experience of sharing salvation through Jesus Christ with the people in one of the most oppressive terrorist nations on earth is beyond description.
Despite the spiritual darkness that blankets this nation, her people possess an intense spiritual hunger for God. The Islamic regime that has shackled the people with fear is crumbling in the midst of an outpouring of God's love and power. Such is the case in many Muslim nations throughout the world.
I think of what scripture tells us:
No one is able to come to Me unless the Father that sent Me attracts and draws him and gives him the desire to come to me. John 6:44
(That you may come) to know (practically, through experience for yourselves) the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge (without experience); that you may be filled (through all your being) unto all the fullness of God (may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself). Eph. 3:19

God is Love
Love for Enemies
"You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, Matt 5;44
1 John 4:6-11
We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.
God's Love and Ours Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.Awesome Testimony
John 3:17 “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.Roman10:9-10
