DEAR GOD You know I am a simple man
Wanting to speak Your will and plan
SPEAKING TRUTH as YOUR SPIRIT has given
To lost men about the life they're livin
Hopin' they'll find GRACE from YOUR Holy Word
Praying GOD some will call on You as LORD
LORD JESUS I wonder why YOU called me to teach
Let alone gave me the ability to preach
I know You gave me a blessed story to tell
Just wanting to warn others of a devils hell
GOD grant me COURAGE and WISDOM from ABOVE To tell others passionately of Jesus' love

LORD give me the strength to preach the Cross
HIS GLORY must not suffer loss
LORD as I preach salvation is free
Let men know GRACE is only from THEE
LORD GOD YOU know I am a simple man
Just wanting to share Your plan
