The Day God Closed the 'churches'!

The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail.

As Jesus clearly states in Matthew 16:18, nothing shall prevail against His Church. Those running around invoking curses against the Devil for his mischief of shutting the doors of supposed worshippers' habitations; common called churches, obviously do not believe God. Satan needed permission from God to attack Job, the demons when confronting Jesus in Mark 5 and in Revelation 9, when the demons are released from the abyss they are to follow God's limitations perfectly and for only five months. Satan can do NOTHING, unless God gives him permission.

Now this begs the question; who shut the churches? We know from the words of our Lord in Matthew 16:18 that 'the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.' If hell cannot prevail against, again the words of Jesus, 'My Church', why did God allow the churches to be closed? Simple answer: they were never His. The gatherings called churches have become a den of thieves, worshipping the traditions of man, courting the worldly and worst of all, bringing shame to the name of Christ. Men have waxed rich and lazy all the while they have filled their hearers itching ears with whatever they desire to hear. The edifices called churches are more important to the congregation than obedience to the Word of God. Also, as a pendulum swings both ways; one end of the arc is worldliness to the max, while on the other end is cultic legalism to the max. Both are evil: one lets people live as they please while the other spouts half-truths, the blackest of all lies to captivate the foolish. What do both have in common: they pave their adherents path with a false hope as they march onward to hell.

We Serve the God of Patience - Romans 15:5

Patience is an interesting trait for it does have its limitations. God will not be patient forever as it concerns His Church. Jesus knew of the money changers well before His famous outpouring of anger in Matthew 21:12-13. The money changers of today, known as tithe recipients, have stretched the patience of God to a soon boiling point of no return. What we are witnessing is a mere foreboding of what is to come when the whole world will turn upon the church goers as they will declare evil to be good and good evil. Isaiah 5:20 - The woe is coming and soon.

Today's churches do have some born-again believers in their midst and those are the only ones that concern our God. Even though their minds have been barraged with the new gospel, which is not new at all for it is the gospel of Cain; God will receive whatever I bring to Him. What do today's fake worshippers bring? Their attendance, money, civility, money, adherence to creed, money: truly the love of money is the root of all evil. One cannot run a 501(c)3 corporation without money.

I wonder how many will return to their church gatherings when the governments give their okay? Will they go back in droves or will a few realize that their relationship to God never changed without having to be in a building? What most who desire the building experience do not realize is that the buildings are a fairly recent history for the evangelical community. How very Catholic; even a priest class of leadership now commonly known as a pastor, minister, reverend, etc. They stopped working for a living and now live off of the backs of those who do work. Hmm, I wonder why God stated that if you don't work you don't eat? I haven't noticed many underfed pastors and the like; actually, the majority live well, even during times of financial difficulties for their 'parishioners'.

To the Believer, God is Greater Than Our Adversay.

So Many False Doctrines So Little Time.

Even a writer has to be careful how much they write to get their point home.

Even taking the above picture which depicts the Truth side of the equation as a 'building' disturbs me; why is it not represented by a man, for the Truth will never identify with a building as we are the body of Christ. Also, taking the 'gates of hell' statement by Jesus alone goes against many well loved doctrines of church goers these days; case in point.

The loss of one's salvation.

If one believes that a building is a church, that is their problem which can only be solved by God. Per Titus 3:5 through no work of our own, we have received the washing of regeneration of the Holy Ghost. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 puts it, we have been recreated; we are now totally new. Not only that, we are no longer alone in this world for we have been baptized by this same Holy Spirit into one body (1 Corinthians 12:13), the body of Christ. Let us now consider whom shall prevail against our relationship as a member of the body of Christ. Be sure not to read Romans 8:38-39.

Per the cults, lovers of half-truths, on one end of the pendulum, one loses their ticket to heaven by offending one of their creeds. I wonder which part of the body of Christ has now to be cut away by an action of man. Man must be more powerful than the gates of hell. Some will argue that it is the will of the man that determines whether he stays or departs from Christ. The Word teaches that the will of man has nothing to do with their salvation in the first place (John 1:13), let alone at some future time. It is sadly a common held doctrine that the will of man can supersede the will of God. It not only stinks of heresy but is filled with pride, that which God hates. One trait is they have smaller crowds.

On the other end of the pendulum, you have those who blatantly preach and teach that all is well, for God loves everyone. They do not even broach half-truths, for they practice out and out lies to attract multitudes of the deceived. Their trait leads to larger crowds. Oh, by the way this also sanctioned by God. Huh?, many are called but few are chosen and narrow is the path for the few while broad is the highway for the many. To them hell may not exist and heaven will be what each individual makes it to be, if it exists. Salvation is state of mind or positive thinking, whereas hell is a great negative to be avoided. Try to live peaceably, come often to be re-energized and bring money.

There is a common factor on both ends:

Those who take the Word, manipulate and use it to their own ends are in grave danger of the 'unforgiveable' sin. Matthew 12:31-32; Luke 12:10 One might say that all sins are forgivable but again that is contrary to the Word, for it is a sin of presumption against God. Deuteronomy 18:20. In short, it is not those who are duped by the slight-of-hand of the lying 'prophet' that is being addressed, but those who change the Word for their own profit. Whether it be power, money or prestige; they are the seekers of those whom they may proselyte to their way of thinking. Why is their changing of the Word unforgiveable? The Word which we now have before us, is the work of the Holy Spirit alone. (2 Peter 1:21) Remember Ananias and Sapphira dropped dead because they lied to God, the Holy Spirit. (Acts 5:1-5) Does anyone really think one can get away with lying about God and using His Word as their justification? Sadly, there are literally thousands upon thousands, maybe more that have committed the unforgivable in our lifetimes let alone since the days of Moses.
