The Economy of the Righteous Rule of the sons of God

Ephesians 3:13-14, for this reason, I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name...The Greek word for “dispensation” is Oikosnomos, it comes from two words joined together namely, oikos meaning house and nomos meaning law, when put them together we get the English work “ECONOMY”. The word dispensary is a common word used for “giving out” or “measuring out”. So whenever there is a deficiency in the earth, the Father will dispense the Law of His House or is Household, which is the Culture of Righteous Rule of sons of that House. Amen.

The HOUSE OF GOD will bring with it fresh rain that will water and re-energize the earth or the hearts of sons again to seed that has been dormant for years to now encounter the Spirit of Life that will spring forth in new shoots. This is how the rain will water new revelation and understanding of scripture, you will begin to see a new dimension to the truth that was hidden from the eyes of earlier generations simply because it was not time yet for that truth to be added, needless to say that there was not a people that could receive this revelation. The restoration of the Feast of Tabernacles nearly three years ago was the shifting point in the spiritual kairos of the Father; a trumpet sound was echoed across the heaven’s that announced that the season had changed. I have been pondering over this for the past years and the Holy Sprit the Author of the Scripture has been breathing again over the Logos to reveal the Rhema of His original intensions.

The Feast of Tabernacles in the spiritual is a residing posture of the Glory of the Father on the sons, He wants to rest in buildings not made with human hands no more, but seeks a spiritual house out of which the Glory of the Lord will cover the earth, just as waters covers the sea. Daniel saw in a dream a rock, cut from a mountain, not by human hands, hit the Global Empires of the known World of Kingdoms and utterly destroyed it, that it became dust and was blown to the four corners of the earth, never to rise again. This rock grew and grew into a huge mountain, Zion, until it filled the entire earth. This fully grown rock that has become a mountain is, the Kingdom of God. Prophetically it was to come in the midst of Roman rule as Daniel saw it. Jesus Christ introduced the arrival of the Kingdom in the midst of the Roman Empire, when He said “Repent for the Kingdom of God has come”. .John 1:14, And the Word became flesh and dwelt or tabernacled among us, and we beheld His Glory, the glory as of the only begotten, from the Father, full of grace and truth. The glory of the Father dwelt in the fullness in His Son and again will once more dwell in the fullness in His sons.

The Kingdom of God is the only legitimate “Mountain” in the earth, and if you are a son of the Kingdom, Mt. Zion, you are given the power and the authority to say to any other mountain or pseudo kingdom be removed and be cast into the sea, it shall be done. It took the King of the Kingdom just three and a half years to put into place the entire Governmental Administration, by appointing 12 sons as Kingdom Ambassadors, that are sent ones to spread the Gospel of the Kingdom with signs following and sending the Holy Spirit to convict the world of their sin, and of righteousness and of the judgement of Satan. John 16:5-11. When He left the earth, He said “It is Finished” and handed the whole Kingdom to His brothers, the spirits of just men made perfect and the HOLY SPIRIT, and ascended to the Father and we see in the spirit what John saw, let’s look at it together.

Revelation 11:15-19, The seventh angel sounded; and there arose loud voices in heaven saying, The kingdoms of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ and He will reign forever and ever. And the twenty four elders who sit on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying we give thee thanks O Lord God Almighty, who was, who is and is to come, because thou hast taken thy great power and hast begun to reign and the nations were enraged (Psalm 2) and thy wrath came and the time came for the dead to be judged and time to give their reward to Thy bond servants the prophets and to the saints and to those who fear Thy name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth and the Temple of God which is in heaven was opened and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple and there were flashes of lightening and sounds and peals of thunder and an earthquake and a great hailstorm.

Hebrews 12: 22-24. But we have come to Mt. Zion the City of the Living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the myriad of angels, to the general assembly and the called out of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven and to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect and to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant and to the sprinkled blood which speaks better than the blood of Abel. This is the Body of Christ.

I spoke about understanding the Kingdom. The Kingdom is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost; it is the spiritual and mental understanding in a person, that having been joined to the Family of God in the Spirit, by proclaiming that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And upon this proclamation you too become a citizen of the Kingdom which is the foundation or basis of power and rule and authority to become a son in the Kingdom. But this only allows you to see the Kingdom, but to enter the Kingdom, you will have to baptised in the Holy Spirit, to inherit the Kingdom you will have to dethrone all other worldly systems that you have built in your life and have come so heavily to depend upon, to protect yourself and provide for yourself. Remember we are seated with Christ in heavenly places, which means, this is what has happened in the spiritual realm that makes us eligible for our inheritance. Eligibility is granted, but maturity is our right to receive our inheritance. To enter the Kingdom you must be born again, after you have shed all systems that you so fearfully depended upon, you will make your source the Heavenly Father, not your job, your education or your personal skill.

Now what I am about to say will cut across the grain of Church tradition and religion but the first century saints lived in this truth because all they knew and understood was the Kingdom. Hebrews 2:17 talks about Jesus Christ had to be made like his earthly brothers, that He might become a merciful and faithful, high priest in things pertaining to God and had to suffer many things so that He can come to the aid of those who are tempted. You see most of my life I lived in the positional understanding of my being seated with Christ in heavenly places, but I come to understand that I also have to leave that positional status (Church Apostolic and Prophetic position) and begin to trust the Father in my earthly journey too. When the scriptures says that Jesus learned obedience through the things he suffered, it meant that He too had to come to a place of complete dependence for earthly sustenance through His Father only, it took Him thirty years to learn and finally to be tested by Satan after his forty day fast to prove to Himself that He has overcome the enemy. Now once you have this reassurance that you don’t have to follow Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs first, but that you need to “seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness” then Maslow’s Hierarchy shall be added unto you. You have entered the Kingdom. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT CHURCH (Salvation).

When you talk about becoming a mature son, church culture does not have a context to help you, but if you tell them that you have a call to the Fivefold Ministry; then only do they have a framework to help you. But the Kingdom gives you the power to become mature sons and this is the context of Kingdom Culture. The Kingdom seeks to restore your identity in Christ as a son of God and the Doma Graces comes from that Christocentric identity, to facilitate your call to the Government Offices of the Kingdom because the Doma Graces was never intended to function over a congregation but over a nation, in this case a Spiritual Nation, a Family of God the Father, the House of God. Now the House of God is not a spiritual dwelling for man, it is the habitations of God, we, the sons of God, are the House of God. He wants to tabernacle with us and in us. Jesus Christ said, “the Father longs to dwell in many mansions or many roomed houses, I am going to the cross to help prepare this many roomed house, that where I am, (I in the Father and Father in Me – spiritual union) you too will be and have the same privilege of having the Father live in you too. He was not talking about a geographic heaven in outer space somewhere, okay.

2 Corinthians 5 :1-5, For we know that if our earthly tent (our earthly body), which is our house is torn down (dies), we have a building from God, a house not made with hands (spirit), eternal in the heavens(timeless space), for indeed in this house we groan (spirit), longing to be clothed with our dwelling from heaven (resurrected, glorified body), in as much as we put it on, we shall not be found naked. For indeed while we are in this tent (earthly body), we groan, being burdened, because we do not want to be unclothed (taste physical death), but to be clothed (in our immortal bodies), in order that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life (immortality). Now He who has prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us His Spirit as a pledge or a deposit.( The Mount of Transfiguration).

Now here is a thought that Holy Spirit wants to share with you. Common to most church apostles and prophets, the Body of Christ is immature. I do not see it like that; I don’t believe that, here is why. If Jesus Christ is the head, figuratively then the head is that of a mature man, but what they are saying is that this mature head has a body of an infant or a baby, can you imagine that? Imagine a grown man’s head with fully grown beard on the body of a baby, that’s absurd. For the last two thousand years this body has grown, very slowly and still remains out of proportion to the head. You see, as long as you see through the eyes of your soul, you will agree with what I am saying and ask, “But what’s wrong with that”? We have all not come into maturity, to the unity of the faith, so that is how it must be, right? But what we fail to recognise and understand is that there were saints of old, the spirits of righteous men made perfect, the cloud of witnesses, the Called out of the Firstborn; which are the New Testament saints of antiquity, are already part of this Spiritual Body. Are they not mature and constitute the mature Body of Christ? This picture is seen in, Hebrews 12: 22-24. But we have come to Mt. Zion the City of the Living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the myriad of angels, to the general assembly and the called out of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven and to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect and to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant and to the sprinkled blood which speaks better than the blood of Abel. This is the Body of Christ!

What needs to be understood is that many Christians are immature and carnal, living from their souls that prevents them from being a part of this Spiritual Body. The Head of this Body is mature and the Body is mature, too. This understanding of the unity of the Spirit must become the unity of our faith, Ephesians 4. Scripture says that, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways”. Many interpret that text, as this being the result of a man who has momentary lapses in and out of his spirit, which is to say that he make soul decisions sometimes and then sometimes make spiritual decisions the next. Now that is not what the scripture is saying. It is saying that this instability is in all his ways. That means that he is being unstable 100% of the time, if he was making some spiritual choices then the ratio would be 50% not 100%. So then what is happening? This man is unstable because every decision he is making is from his soul, it is flowing from the “Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil” which is his soul. Good and evil is the double minded attitude attached to this world. If he was singular minded then He would be living by the Spirit in his spirit operating from the “Tree of Life” which is the mind of Christ, in the Kingdom. Now one more point as to the question, why are you using “small spirit” interchangeably with “Big Spirit”, well when you were baptised in the Spirit Jesus Christ took your spirit and immersed it into the Holy Spirit and now your spirit, is in the Spirit, okay?

It is always the intention of God, to worship God. The House of God is not a dwelling place for the sons of God, it is a dwelling place for the Father, the sons are the House. Let’s start to lay a foundation of what I am about to say to you by looking at the Tabernacle of Moses, because we are in the season of The Feast of Tabernacles. You can find a detailed explanation of the construction of the Tabernacle with all its furniture in Exodus 30 onwards, but I will paraphrase.

The Tabernacle was a three roomed house; it had the Outer Court, the Holy Place and the Holies of Holies. All excellent things are three-fold things, as Kelly Varner would say. I think it is important to state something about Kelly Varner. This Prophet to the Church has been shouting this message for nearly all his life and has gone to be with the Father about three months ago, it is significant to note this because even though his writings still remain, his death is very pertinent to a changing season and the ending of an epoch. I have stated before and will do so now again. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are done with Reforming Church Culture and is building and establishing a Kingdom Culture of sons, an order that will facilitate the next outpouring of His divine purposes for the earth. The removal of this humble, gentle giant, Prophet is evidence of that, his voice has been silenced, this angel, a Messenger of God has returned to the Father, and God has promised that his Word will not return to Him void, but it will accomplish all that it has set out to accomplish. Today if you hear His voice do not harden not your hearts. For the record, we pick up the entire rich spiritual heritage that was left for us to finish the race and we are very much aware that he, Kelly Varner, joins the “cloud of witnesses” and urges us on to finish what was started more than 2000 years ago. Now let’s continue along the lines of “3 fold things”. Do you see and follow the sequence, taken from Unshakable Peace, Kelly Varner, page 195, 1994, Destiny Image.

Outer Court - Holy Place - Most Holy Place

Passover - Pentecost - Tabernacles

Egypt - Dessert - Promise Land

Born Again - Spirit-filled - Mature

Water Baptism - Spirit Baptism - Fire Baptism

Babes - Youth - Men

Walk - Run - Soar

External - Internal - Eternal

All Man - God and Man - All God

Body - Soul - Spirit

The above shows a gradual sequence moving from left to right of the dealings of mankind from a heavenly perspective and that all along, that this was the Grand Plan of the Father, to dwell among men, Immanuel.

I now am going to exegete Hebrews 9 in the above context and bring clarity to this scripture; this is a revelation that must become part of our identity;

Brief History: The writer of the Letter of Hebrews, Paul, is addressing this to the Jewish Community that has now given their hearts to the Lord Jesus Christ and is committed to the Kingdom. They have left their Jewish tradition and are coming to understand a reality of the life and the culture of the Kingdom. The writer is using their history of the Tabernacle of Moses to show them the new covenant realities. These people are schooled in the ways of any Jewish tradition and are very familiar with the entire setup and administration of the Tabernacle of Moses, including the rituals and practises and the furniture etc.

Hebrews 9:

Now even the first covenant had regulations of divine worship and the earthly sanctuary. For there was a tabernacle prepared, the outer one in which there was a lampstand and the table of sacred bread, this is called the holy place.

Now if you look closely you would immediately notice that Paul leaves out the outer court completely, and he does not even discuss the Brazen Laver of sacrifice, because Jesus Christ became the Lamb once slain, whose blood speaks forever. All sin has been paid for and there will never be the need for another blood sacrifice. So there is no outer court, which is representative of our flesh, which points to the fact that your flesh can not bring glory to God in anyway. So the second room, the soul becomes the outer court. Now what you will also notice is that instead of there being three pieces of furniture in the holy place there is only now two, viz, the Lampstand and the Table of Show Bread. The Alter of Incense is gone, gone where? The Lampstand had to be maintained by the Priests, it had to be maintained by human hands, the wicks had to be trimmed and the oil had to be replenished, it was never to be extinguished, this speaks of human effort.

Now in Zechariah 4:1-14 describes a Heavenly, Eternal lampstand that is in the Heavenly Tabernacle of Spirit. What the angel shows Zachariah is the complete picture. We see a picture of two olive trees, standing side by side and in the middle of the trees is bowl. There are two pipes that come from out of the trees, one from each tree; these drain the oil from the trees into the bowl. Now the Bowl has seven spouts that drip into the seven heads of the lampstand. Note this lampstand, is not maintained by human hands and verse 6 says,” Not by power, not by might, but by my Spirit say the Lord. Also a point to consider is that this lampstand is not lit or does not have a flame. Zerubbabel and Joshua are twin anointing of King and Priest, made reference to here in Zachariah. The scripture says that these two trees are the, “two anointed ones” of the “sons of oil”. Revelation 11 tell us who the two sons of oil are, they are graces of Elijah and Moses and John sees two lampstands but Zachariah see one lampstand. What’s the difference? Well actually there is no difference. The Mount of Transfiguration concludes with Father saying,” This is my Beloved Son, hear Him”. Remember Moses and Elijah appear and Peter wanted to build three tabernacles, but Jesus Christ (Son)came to fulfil the Law (Moses) and the Prophets (Elijah) both of those graces converge and give way into the grace of the Son. So John saw the two and Zachariah saw the one. So Christ is the lampstand in the third room of your spirit. Christ in you the hope of Glory.

Now let’s move on to the Table of Showbread. This was twelve loaves of bread, which was put on show, it could not be eaten. In Luke 9, Jesus Christ feeds the five thousand and asks his disciples to collect all the fragments and vs. 17 ‘and they all ate and were satisfied and the broken pieces which they had left over were picked up, twelve baskets full. We focus on how many people got fed, but Jesus a mature son, focus on something different. Then again in Mark 8:17, Jesus questions his disciples if they understood why he asked them to collect up the fragments, and He asks, “Do you not understand”? He then goes on to explain in John 6:26 -58, That He was the Bread of Heaven that was sent by the Father and that generation did eat of the Bread of Life, He was the Manna sent from the Father to them and they did not eat Him, they could not understand that man shall not live by natural bread alone but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God. This was also called the Bread of His Presence. You only learn that in the Desert of your life, when you go through various kinds of sufferings and trials. So then the table of show bread is an indication that you have not come to rely and trust upon the Father as a son for your daily provision, but are still convinced that your existence on the earth includes you toiling and working hard for your supply. This is the realm of the soul, it will always seek to provide for itself and protect itself. Christ is the word that became flesh, to feed our spirits with the revelation of the Father.

Vs. 3&4 and behind the second veil, there was the tabernacle (Naos) which is called the Holies of Holies, having the golden alter of incense and the Ark of the Covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was the golden jar of holding the manna, and Aarons rod that budded, and tables of the covenant. And above it were the cherubim of glory, overshadowing the mercy seat.

We immediately know that the veil was rent in two, when Jesus Christ said, “It is finished”, signifying that the way into the Holies of Holies was now made accessible to all who are bold enough to enter in. Scripture says even today those that live under the law, when they read the scripture a veil remains over their minds. It is only the grace that removes this veil from your mind, remember in Zachariah 4: 6-7, the cap stone and foundation is laid with shouts of Grace, grace. Let no other foundation be laid in you, but Christ. An Apostles main function is to labour with you until Christ is formed in you, this foundation cannot be laid by any of the other five fold graces. If you are in Adam then the veil remains, but if you are in Christ, then the veil has been removed from you.

The golden alter of incense represents the prayer of saints. We have had so much information on prayers, prayer conference, the prayer movement, prayer days, prayer meetings, prayer chains, corporate prayers, and so on and so forth. Much of what we have is prayer from the souls of men, simply because the vast content of the type of prayers in based on what we want God to do for us and so we engage a vigil that will show GOD, almost like a hunger strike, how desperate we are for Him to do something that we believe should be done now. The amazing thing however is that the Father does this for us by answering our prayers because in our immaturity He is forever full of mercy and grace and kindness to immature children, and the Church thus far was granted an extra measure of grace for the past decades, but no more. The Father will not empower agenda that does not coincide with his eternal plans, because the season has changed, it is a season of the Ingathering and the Separation. The Holy Spirit is separating the chaff from the wheat, now the chaff is the world, and this can only be removed by fire on the threshing floor, the wheat is then thrown into the wind (Spirit) and chaff is blown away and the ripen cornels remains to be collected and put into the barns of the Kingdom, which is a container which means Grace. This entire process is the Baptism of Fire.

We see a totally different picture in the N.T Saints agenda regarding prayer. In Acts 4:24, the scene is such, Peter and John have been arrested ,detained and interrogated for healing the lame man at the Gate Beautiful and are threatened and released, they come over the saints in verse 23 and report the days drama and following ensures. They understood the risk of being detained, the chances are you can lose your life and die a martyrs death, but their prayers was a prayer to be included in the agenda of the Kingdom, that means the result of Kingdom power had its outworking in both the apostles almost losing their lives, they were praying not for the signs and wonders, they wanted a piece of the action, they did not love their lives even unto death. The Bible says that after they had finished praying the place where they were gathered shook violently. The Father heard them and granted them Kingdom power and authority, for healing the sick, raising the dead and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom. When you pray from your spirit, the Naos, you are only consumed with the Fathers Will and not your own needs. The Holy Spirit also groans with groaning that cannot be understood by the soul and the enemy does not understand you when you give the Spirit the use of your vocal cords for intercession.

The Ark of the Covenant represents the presence of God; the Presence of God can only live in your spirit, the Naos, because when you were created, you were created spirit, clothed in flesh. The following can only be found in the presence of the God. The Golden Jar of Manna speaks of a never ending supply of resources, including food, shelter, protection and all your debit orders. Aarons Rod that budded speaks of the indestructible life or immortality. The Tables of Covenant contains the Culture of the Righteous Rule of the sons, which must be restored in our day, contained in the Eternal Covenant of sonship.

The Mercy Seat is the throne upon which we are seated with Christ in the Naos, the heavenly place and administrate righteous rule as sons. Please take note that our main activity from the Throne Room is Mercy, and mercy is an overflow of Love. Above the Ark, was the Cherubim of Glory, which speak of the myriad of Angels under the Commander and Chief Michael the Arch Angel of the Kingdom. He is the Royal Guard over the Spirits of righteous men made perfect. He does not live in the third room; he is above the third room, in the unseen, invisible eternal realm. It is for this reason that we don’t fight, but only give decrees to summon the royal guard to act on behalf of the sons of the Kingdom. Jesus Christ answering Pilate said my Kingdom is not of this world, but if I give the word to my Chief in Command Michael, my Kingdom will unleash an attack on you that will destroy the entire earth.

In this picture we can also the four imperatives of Kingdom culture, which is the apostles doctrine- which is the tables of the covenant, breaking of bread- golden jar of manna, fellowship in the holy spirit, which is Aarons rod that budded and prayers which is the alter of incense. The mercy seat is Throne room of the Kingdom with the Angels, the cherubim of glory. You are the ladder or the portal between two dimensions. According to Paul, the structure of the heavenly tabernacle has been drastically altered. By this I mean that there is no more an outer court, therefore the holy place has become outer court to the Holy of Holies. So the holy place is not holy any more it is the outer court (Psuche’-soul) and there is only one holy place, which is the Holies of holies, the (Naos - spirit). If you would apply the context you would see the revelation, of things that now can be spoken of in detail.

Hebrews 9:8-10, The Holy Spirit is signifying this that way into the holy place (Naos - spirit) has not yet been disclosed while the outer tabernacle (psuche’ – soul) is still standing... because it cannot make the worshiper perfect in his conscience....imposed until a time of reformation.

I will repeat what I said earlier, in the time of the reformation of the church, the soul of men ran the show, but it is over. The time of Church reformation is over, the Father is building his Household in the Kingdom with culture of righteous rule of sonship, the imperfect is making way for the prefect, and this is being administrated by the Holy Spirit Himself because he is the down payment of better things to come. The glory of the latter house will be greater than the glory of the former house. Lets just look and one more scripture with reference to the above context, it is found in the book of Revelation.

Revelation 11:1&2 There was given me like a measuring rod like a staff; and someone said, Rise and measure the temple (Naos) of God and the alter and those that worship in it. And leave out the court which is outside the temple and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations (ethnos, meaning the race of mankind). Still keeping the above context the soul will not be considered it the measurement for accuracy or the building of the house of God because it is not for the sons of God, it is for the nations that are not part of the Household of God, the Kingdom. The only place that will be measured is the Naos of God, the Spirit which is in you.

The soul is a receiver but the spirit is a perceiver. The soul is an orphan spirit, fatherless which in Hebrew means Ay-yin, the root meaning is to have nothing, not exist, a non entity, incurable, neither, never, nowhere, non, nor anything, nothing, to nought, past and unsearchable. When you operate from your Spirit like the Son, Jesus Christ, you will know what other people are thinking, you see in scripture a reference to things like this, “and Jesus knowing what was in their hearts answered them or Jesus perceiving their thoughts...” The sons of God, will administrate righteous rule only from their Spirits, then the House of God will become the City of the Living GOD, Mt Zion a bright light to the rest of the nations of the world and they will say one to another, come let us go up to House of the God, to the House of the God of Jacob, for there they will teach us their ways and show us His statues. Glory.
