Welcome To White Wolf Hollow

White Wolf Hollow can be found by driving down Whitewolf Road in Blacksburg, South Carolina.

This venue, White Wolf Hollow, is a popular spot for trigger happy hunters and hormone driven teenagers, and it has been these types of people along with drivers who have reported ghost sightings over the years.

There have been sightings at night of a strange creature with the head of a wolf and the body of a woman, a young black man, and a young woman dressed in white. These reports have attracted ghost hunters to investigate White Wolf Hollow and Whitewolf Road.

So is White Wolf Hollow and Whitewolf Road haunted? I will neither confirm nor deny that but I will give you every thing that I know and have heard, and you can be your own judge.

So just sit back and get ready for a bumpy ride, filled with terror and horror.

The Three Legends

The three legends that inspired these ghosts sightings all date back either to the civil war era (1860s) or the civil rights movement (1960s).

The First Legend: The Unfaithful Wife, The Wolf-Woman

When a civil war soldier returned home to Blacksburg from the battlefield, the first thing that he discovered was that his wife had cheated on him with another man.

Enraged with anger, the soldier went home to beat his wife but her pet wolf dog jumped in to defend her so he killed both of them: his wife and her dog.

He then hacked up the bodies. He disposed of the body parts at White Wolf Hollow and Whitewolf Road.

It is said that the souls of the woman and the wolf dog intertwined and reports of a creature with the head of a wolf and the body of a woman has been spotted at White Wolf Hollow and Whitewolf Road. The creature can best be described as a wolf-woman, half wolf - half woman.

The Second Legend: Gang Bang

According to the legend, a group of klansmen, from the democratic organization known as the Ku Klux Klan, burnt a black man alive inside his truck at White Wolf Hollow. Apparently the poor man still haunts the area were he was killed at.

The Third Legend: The Biracial Newlyweds

On the eve of the wedding of a biracial couple, a group of prejudice enraged people, who were supposedly members of the Klu Klux Klan, beat and killed the young biracial couple. They disposed of the bodies at White Wolf Hollow.

I have found out two different accounts on this story: one claims it was a white groom and a black bride and the other claims a black groom and a white bride.

Now there you have it. The three legends of White Wolf Hollow. What they all have in common is that they all supposedly happen during the civil war era and White Wolf Hollow served as the dump spot for the bodies of the people who I haven't yet found proof that they really once existed.

So is White Wolf Hollow really haunted? Maybe it is or maybe it isn't. Why don't you just go camping in White Wolf Hollow and found out? In fact, I dare anyone who reads this to take a little camping trip to White Wolf Hollow. You must stay the whole night.

But the one thing I have picked up on is how all supposedly ghost stories are of ghosts who have died tragically so I believe ghosts stories are mainly inspired by guilt.

Which story do you believe most likely occurred?
