The Holy Spirit in the Scriptures
The Holy Spirit
Many times I have heard the Holy Spirit being referred to as an 'it'. Or some see Him as only a comforter. Or some see Him as sent by God only to those that are morally upright and deserving and not for the lay person. However, Jesus Christ has made us righteous and promised the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to those that have the knowledge or have asked God to know Him. Here are some wonderful scriptures that give a clearer understanding of the third Person of the Godhead.
