The Thing About Islam and The Mosque Issue
Updated on October 27, 2010
Has Political Correctness killed Common Sense?
Occasionally I like to take a break from apologetics and deal with an issue of today. So, I would like take the time to deal with the Mosque near ground zero.
First, let us look at Islam and its beginnings. Like Mormonism, Islam is a man made religion with strong overtones of political ideology. Also like Mormonism, Islam centers on a central corrupt person (Mohammed) who claimed to have been visited by an angel, and received secret knowledge that completely went against the teachings in the bible. Like the sufficiency and inerrancy of scripture, and the gospel and the deity of Christ which is the Sprit of the anti Christ (1 John 4:3)
Paul warns us about perversions of the Gospel, “I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. However, even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed! Islam and Mormonism both have the spirit of the anti Christ. They contradict within their own teachings with each other and most importantly, they contradict with the absolute truth of biblical Christianity.
Do you remember where you were on September 11, 2001? I do. I was a junior in high school and during marching band practice; everything came to a halt when some ran in and yelled “America has been attacked”. Shock and sadness ran through the students and teachers alike as our school spent the next two days glued to the television waiting for all updates. Everything changed. Do we really have to ask if the mosque should be built?
*Please note* the first two videos are not from Christians, but from secular humanist believers (Hey! even a blind squirrel finds a nut, lol).
From islam to Christ!
The narrator is in error about the bible having contradictions.
