The story of ninth Sikh Guru Tegbahadur and the rich merchant that found him in Bakala
Guru Tegbahadur was the ninth Sikh Guru who sacrificed his life for the welfare of Kashmiri Pandits and all human kind. He was born in April 1621and died in November 1675.His birth place was Amritsar.
He was a spiritual person. He had so Suprernatural powers that when he sat in meditation and who recall him in the time of need he helped him. Here is a story of merchant who asked for help and Gurujii gave support.
A very rich merchant's Ship of luggage was about to drown and the merchant was in too much trouble. He didn't know about Gurujii but he promised that if his ship would come out safely from the sea he would give twenty Asharfis to Gurujii. His Ship came out safely from the sea.
Now that merchant did not know about Gurujii. He came into Bakala village and ask for Guruji. Nobody knew about Gurujii.
He met some duplicate Gurus. One gave his identification as ninth Guru. The merchant gave him one Asharfi. He took it and went away. In this way he met four duplicate Gurus one by one and gave One or two Asharfis.
But the merchant had to find real Guru. At last some one told him he is meditating in Bhora the place like cave. The merchant went there and gave two Asharfis.
Guru Tegbahadur realized him the whole incident how his Ship was about to drown and he pulled the Ship from the sea due to his request and drew it out from the sea. And said you had promised to give twenty Asharfis. Gurujii also showed his Marks that were made by pushing the Ship. The merchant was very pleased on seeing and feel that he has met an actual person.The merchant shouted with joy Labhio Re Guru Labhio Re.
Guru Tegbahadur's whole life dedicated for the welfare of humanity. He lived and died for human kind.
