The story of Dhundhkari who became Ghost for his bad deeds and got salvation by hearing Madbhagwad by Gokaran

In this story, the story of Madbhagwad it shows that we can't get more without our destiny. If we try to get more with illegal methods that is caused troubles and difficulties.

Once there was a Brahman Aatamdev who lived in the town on the coast of Tungbhadra river. Aatamdev was a great scholar. His wife Dhundhli was a cruel and quarrelsome lady.

They had no issue.They did many Hawans and Yagay for issue.Aatamdev gave donation for the poor and donated cows and other welfare workings were done by him. His wife was her own mind lady. She always created quarrelsome atmosphere for him

. As he had no son inspite of doing too much efforts he decided to leave the home. He left the home and went into the jungle. He was very sad while he sat on the bank of river.

Suddenly a saint came there. He asked Aatamdev why he is so sad. He began to weep and said," I have no son and I tried my best ,but God does not hear my prayers." On seeing his forehead lines he told that there is no son in his destiny for seven births.

Give up the hope and be a sanyasi(a seeker of salvation).He began to commit suicide. Saint suggested not to commit suicide. This is not the right way. He made him to understand, if we get forcefully something the result is not positive. The results are dangerous.

But he insisted on, so the saint gave a fruit and said "Fed it to your wife and be careful she should keep herself in a pious atmosphere and also be helpful for needy people. She should always remain in a peaceful atmosphere. " Aatamdev returned to home. He gave the fruit to his wife and gave all the prescriptions that the saint had given.

Aatamdev went out for long journey. His wife Dhundhli thought if she would be pregnant then she has to face a lot of problems. At that time her younger sister arrived and she told that she is pregnant. Dhundhli told her the all incident that had happened.

They compromised mutually. Dhundhli would give her a lot of money and her younger sister would give her son.

Dhundhli fed the fruit to cow and herself acted as she is pregnant. Dhundhli's younger sister gave a birth to a son. She gave it to Dhundhli. Dhundhli gave too much money in place of her son. Both were satisfied.

The cow whom Dhundhli fed the fruit, she gave the birth of human son. The boy had the ears like a cow. Aatamdev was very happy. He did their Namkarn. The son of cow was named Gokaran and the other who was the son of Dhundhli's younger sister named Dhundhkari.

The nature of both the children was different. Gokaran was a saint type person and the devotee of his parents. He always did good for everyone. But Dhundkari was notorious and ill mannered person. He always involved in gambling and contacting with hookers and other anti social activities. He began to beat his parents for money. He tortured his parents very much.

Aatamdev fed up with all these situations . Gokaran gave him Updesh (sermon) to become salvation seeker( sanyasi) . Aatamdev left the home and went to jungle for Sanys (salvation seeking).

Now Dhundhkari tortured Dhundhli for money. One day he tortured so much that she could not tolerate and went out from home and fell into the well. Gokaran also went out for Tapasya(penance).

Now Dhundhkari left alone and could do what he wanted.He brought five hookers into his house. His anti social activities were increased. He stole so many things and money.

The hookers thought that they would be caught on seeing too much things and money. They would be sentenced to death.

They made conspiracy against him. They gripped his neck and tightened It and put him to death. They dug the grave for him and put him there and covered it with soil in perfect method.

The hookers ran away from the home with things and money. Dhundkari became ghost. When Gokaran went back into his home town he heard that Dhundkari had dead. Gokaran went Gyaji for sharadh(for funeral ceremony mourn). He did Shradh (mourn)for Dhundhkari.

One day Gokaran was sleeping in his house. At the time of midnight Dhundhkari in the form of (ghost)prait appeared there. He appeared there in different forms. Gokaran asked for his identity. He could not speak.

Gokaran sprinkled a pious water and Dhundhkari was in speaking conditions. He told his whole story how he was murdered by hookers and got phantom Vagina. He requested to get him rid of phantom Vagina by every kith and kin.

Gokaran told that he went for his salvation to Gayaji and did Shradh(funeral ceremony mourn). Dhundhkari was frustrated with phantom Vagina and requested time and again to Gokaran for salvation. Gokaran consulted with so many scholars and Pandits for this problem. But he did not reach any conclusion. Then by meditation he consulted with Surai Dev and ask the remedy to get salvation from phantom Vagina.

Surai Dev suggested to hear Madbhagwad to Dhundhkari. When he would listen it with full attention then he would get salvation from phantom Vagina.

Gokaran Made arrangements for listening to Madbhagwad. He read Madbhagwad as a speaker and many types of audiences were gathered there. In the morning time Madbhagwad katha was speaking and in the evening time it was rested. This process was going on for seven days. Where Katha was done there a bamboo was laying . It had seven knots. Dhundkari listened to entering into the bamboo. When first day Madbhagwad katha was rested in the evening time and knot of bamboo was broken with loud noise.

In this way seven knots of bamboo were broken within seven days and now Dhundkari was free from phantom Vagina and he was in Divay human form and got salvation. Councilors of Vishnu reached there with Divay Vimaan (Divine Aeroplane) for Baikunth Dharm to take Dhundhkari.

The other people who were presented there could not get salvation. Because they didn't listen to katha heartedly and presenting there. In Shravan Mas the month of August this katha was again arranged and now everyone listened it heartedly and mentally presenting there and got salvation.

This Madbhagwad katha shows that everyone has to reap the fruit of its deeds. Madbhagwad katha is the best tonic to remove the bad mentality and transform the mind from wrong to right way.
