The underground ministry…Deliverance from Demonic possession. Part 2

I’ve had several conversations with Tina through out this whole process taking the time to get to know her and her know me. One of the keys in deliverance is getting the person to trust you, after all they are laying their life out in front of you and don’t need to be judged. There never was a time when we talked the demons did not manifest, so our sessions of talking always turned into battle. Out of respect to Tina I will tell her story not in full details. I do have her permission to share this wonderful story of God setting Tina free. As I mentioned in part one the demons we first encountered were:

Spirit of rebellion, 1 Samuel 15:23, ²³ For rebellion is like the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has rejected you as king.”

Spirit of Whoredom, Hosea 5:4 ⁴ “Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God. A spirit of prostitution is in their heart; they do not acknowledge the LORD.

Spirit of Python, Act 16:16 Now it happened, as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling. 17 This girl followed Paul and us, and cried out, saying, "These men are the servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to us the way of salvation."

18 And this she did for many days. But Paul, greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her." And he came out that very hour.” The words “spirit of divination” in the scripture above should have been translated as the spirit of python if taking the Hebrew and Greek translations into account: Puthōn poo'-thone. These are just a few. I will give all the names later on in story.

Tina is 24 and lived in another state 4 hours away from me with her parents so there was traveling involved. Of course there was always a battle to get her in the car to bring her to my home. They would try to convince her that she was not demonic thus she would put up a fight. Another thing they do is, while the spirits controlled her life growing up, and no one knew what was behind Tina everyone thought it was just Tina, BUT the minute the demons are found out they would make them selves known and there was no doubt the demons were involved. While they are manifesting they will not look at a Spirit Filled Christian in the eyes, she had long hair and while standing they would keep her face hiding in her hair then once on the ground they would try to keep her on her stomach. I would have the prayer warriors that were involved turn her over. During the meetings I would order the demon to look at the angels that God had sent down to carry them back to hell. Talk about getting excited when you witnessed them fighting with an angel. There were times the demon was looking off in another direction where no one was standing and glaring into the air and yelling in an angry tone “WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?” That was a very exciting time that kept us praying and fighting this battle. PRAISE GOD I AM ON THE WINNING SIDE!!

How did Tina get possessed? As I stated earlier in part one the first window was opened at the age 10. Now she has moved on into her adult life and had reached the age of accountability. Her activities consisted of multiple sex partners, fortune teller, hypnosis, and not living for God. There was this man that dealt in the entertainment of hypnosis that claimed to be a man of God and could speak to the dead. He had his own church, called him self “Pastor, Reverend.” She went to see him for the first time and he placed her under hypnosis and the other times she would just be in the audience to watch him. Once while being way in the back she would fall under his hypnosis with out him being near her and even speaking to her which told me familiar spirits. During this time is where the transferring of demons were taken place. The demons were allowed to enter her because she was totally under a man’s trust with an empty mind. She opened her self up to another accept God. One time this man walks down from the platform and went up to Tina and told her she had something special. Folks, hypnosis is not harmless no mater what you were hypnotized for. If you are having a difficult time in your life and you were hypnotized, I would start asking God to revel if anything is there.

There were times certain demons would not go and I would ask them what right do they have being there, they would not answer because they knew when I found out what it was I would get Tina to renounce it and ask for forgiveness. I would have to get that demon to go back down and let Tina come back up. This particular demon was not about to go down without putting up a good fight…you ask why, if I had the authority over them why did they not listen and obey. Because of a sin in her life she had not mentioned and asked for forgiveness. So he had the right to be there. I asked for a glass of water and prayed over it and used it as the symbol of Jesus blood, while I was praying the demon knew what I was going to do and started yelling at me and telling me what he thought of me. I took the water and poured it down Tina’s throat making the demon drink the blood of the lamb and commanded it to go back down, so with a loud scream it went down and Tina was able to renounce that sin and deliverance was given.

It is my recommendation not to do a deliverance meeting with out having other people helping. These demons mean business and will try to attack the one who is confronting them. I had two attempts on me but my helpers where right there and was able to intervene. Cindy is a tall slender cowgirl who had some muscles behind her, and I praise God she was there, one time the demon jumped at me and as Tina was right in the air Cindy grabbed her and taken her down to the ground and was on top of her in less then three seconds. Another time I was commanding a spirit to give us its name and it refused so I told everyone lets go to God and have the Holy Spirit revel its name to us. We went to prayer and soon after the demon started yelling “OKAY OKAY MY NAME IS BRIDE OF SATAN.” I then proceeded to break the curse and cut the spiritual marriage vows that were placed over Tina’s life. At that point the demon reached up to grab my throat during the curse breaking and my husband and Cindy jumped on it before it got a hold of my throat. Again use wisdom and never be alone confronting demons.

The lies and tricks demons pull on the victims never surprise me. One time we had stopped for a rest and to eat and possibly stop for the night but the demon had convinced Tina that my husband had made a pass at her and was making her do some unthinkable things to her right in front of us. What a sure way to split the group, split marriages, friendships and stop the deliverance. This trick was real to Tina and as I confronted her about it the more she insisted it was true and knew I would never believe her. I told her “I believe you think it is true, that’s a trick they play” and I continued to tell her I don’t believe it really happened. I knew it was a lie straight from the pits of hell. The spirit was very condemning to my husband through Tina, and placed confusion on the rest of the group not to mention what it did to my husband. So at one point Tina sat in the middle of the floor and said “okay Carrie pray for me, I want it gone” so I put my food down and started quoting the scripture, (Romans 8:1) “Now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” The minute I started speaking that scripture the demon manifested and said “How dare you read that scripture to me” so I repeated it again. At that point I looked the spirit in the eyes, and demanded truth, no lies will be told. The spirit struggled with that and Tina’s mouth would not open if he was going to speak lies. So I proceeded to move on and command the truth in Jesus name and said, “Did Roger do to Tina what you had convinced her of and to speak the truth.” He tried to lie because you could see the lips were trying to move and speak but I said no lie, speak only truth in Jesus name. He finally opened the mouth and said “Roger did not do it” then I commanded it to tell Tina the truth and do it out loud because I wanted evidence he had told Tina. I made him repeat it again and he did. At the end of that night we were sitting around talking and I asked Tina if anything was reviled to her and she looked at me and said, “Roger didn’t touch me” and I said “Right” she then went to tell Roger she was sorry. I then explained to Tina the tricks they will do to stop deliverance. Once again my God was the victor.

Get to know who your enemy is, it’s not the person that you might be fighting with, it’s the thing behind that person. Look past the person, look into the spiritual realm. There you will find your enemy.
