A Shaking Not Seen Since Creation Itself

Everything will be Flipped Upside Down

Source

The Bible Warned Us

God's word has a lot to say about what we are all witnessing in this world today.

His word tells us that the world will be turned upside down in every way.

This is especially true of the last days.

The scriptures cover any given subject at every angle. In Acts 17:6, a Christian man by the name of Jason, along with other believers were accused of turning the world upside down.

One one hand, evil and wickedness can flip the entire direction of a nation and the world. On the other hand, obedience to God and faithfulness can flip it back in the other direction. For those who are up to their necks in this wicked world, having it flipped the other way would most certainly feel as though followers of Christ are turning the world upside down. Perhaps this is the very reason that both the left and the right see the other side as being so polarized in their views.

Acts 17: 6 And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;

The focus of this particular article will mainly be on how the wicked change the course of the world, what we should watch for, and the great "shaking," that is coming.

Of course, God Himself can turn the world upside down.

Isaiah 24: 1 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.

Isaiah 24: 2 And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.

Isaiah 24: 3 The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word.

Isaiah 24: 4 The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.

Isaiah 24: 5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

The above passage covers many natural things that will be (and are being) flipped upside down, from general people to the priests, to servants and masters.

Even the world economy will be affected.

  1. Buyers
  2. Sellers
  3. Lenders
  4. Borrowers
  5. Usury; (Interest rates) both the giver and the taker.

The passage goes on to speak about how the earth mourns and fades away, and the "haughty," people of the earth languish.

As corruption increases, even the earth mourns.

All the talk coming from the left about socialism directly ties to the end-time economic conditions. Most of us know that it's bad news. We also know that there are "powers," working hard to bring in a global financial system that will be part of the "New World Order."

Later in the same chapter of Isaiah 24, the prophet wrote:

Isaiah 24: 20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

Some might say, "that was the Old Testament, what does that have to do with today?"

The subject of the earth being affected by her inhabitants is extensively covered throughout the Bible. We shouldn't ignore any of God's word. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. There are certain things that have never changed.

God established the earth. When sin is present and rampant He steps back and allows it to abound (for a time.) If the people do not have a heart for God, His will and His instruction, why should He stay and direct them? They won't hear Him anyway.

Neither you nor I would go to a place, or stay in a place where we are not wanted.

However, when He draws near there is a shaking that takes place. We can see this happening all the way back to the time of Moses when mount Sinai literally shook at God's presence. God draws near to those who draw near to Him. He also draws near during times of judgement.

God's very presence is earth shaking.

Today, this massive rejection of the only true and living God is taking place on a world wide scale. Some European nations that are considered to be Christian, are expected to become Muslim nations in a matter of ten to twenty years.

Hebrews 12: 26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

Hebrews 12: 27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Hebrews 12: 28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Hebrews 12: 29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Every man-made thing will be removed. Be it things made with hands, or invented religious ideas and teachings. Everything that can be shaken will be shaken. The only things that will remain are the things of God.

For those who are in Christ Jesus, there is a promise:

Isaiah 54: 10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

Within the scriptures there are examples of great shaking's that have already taken place from Kings being dethroned, to nations going into captivity.

In the last days this shaking will be one that has not been seen on this earth since creation itself. When the earth was formed there must have been a great shaking. We know from geology that the earth is ever changing. Complete continents have moved over time. Earthquakes have pushed massive amounts of land upward to form complete mountain ranges. The end time shaking will be greater than these.

Matthew 24: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Matthew 24: 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Jesus said that there will be tribulation so great that is has not happened on this earth since the very beginning. He also said that "no flesh will be saved..." For the sake of the "elect," those who remain at that time; "those days shall be shortened."

This "shaking," will take place on many levels. In the entire chapter of Matthew 24, Jesus speaks of wars, famines, pestilences and earthquakes in diverse places.

There will be false prophets and teachers. Some will come saying that they are the Christ. Jesus said, "do not believe them."

Matthew 24: 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Following the statement in the above verse, Jesus begins speaking of tribulation.

We are already witnessing the "beginnings of sorrows," as well as Tribulation events.

Like a wave that is washing across the entire earth, we have watched it progress from nation to nation.

Christians are being slaughtered around the world. In Egypt churches have been burned to the ground with the entire congregations locked inside. In Syria Isis was slaughtering Christians in mass until President Trump instructed our troops to wipe those terrorists out.

In Nigeria, there are mass graves filled with murdered Christians.

In May of this year, the Guardian News ran a story titled:

Persecution of Christians 'coming close to genocide' in Middle East.

It is estimated that 80% of all religious persecution today worldwide is aimed at Christians.

I've heard Christians say that "as believers, we are required to help those in need," while they work to convince us that opening our borders is God's will.

Does anyone really think that it's God's will for entire nations to turn from Him and become Muslim nations? Rightly dividing His word is so very important.

Here in the US, we're seeing the beginnings of Christian persecution. The mainstream media, the democrats, many in Hollywood and many non-believers have an unnatural hatred for Christians. They mock us and our beliefs daily. It's odd that no other religion on earth is held under the same level of scrutiny that Christians face every single day.

No major war on earth ever started with the battle. Events and actions accumulated until finally a time of war was at hand. The persecution of Christian's is accumulating world wide. The war that ends this is not against flesh and blood, but against "principalities in high places." Jesus Himself will be the victor. We will see this escalate here in the United States, just as it has in other nations.

Moral Compasses

Source

A Haywire Moral Compass

Some of us wake up every day fully expecting that we will hear more craziness coming from not only the news, but the democrat party, as well as leftist groups.

In a very short period of time the morals of the world changed. Things that we all found unacceptable just 20 years ago are now considered acceptable to huge amounts of people on this planet.

I read this morning that Canada is pressing forward with their "gender neutral," stance. The Calgary YMCA is building a swimming pool that will have just one changing room for both men and women.

What happened to modesty? This has always been a virtue in most civilized nations.

Here in the USA, the state of Washington recently announced that they will be teaching kindergarten children, "gender identity curriculum's."

A side note on this subject:

A few days ago I was cleaning out a closet and I found an old box that contained many of my children's elementary school projects. It brought back a lot of memories from when they were both very young.

While in Kindergarten, my son wrote a book about himself called, "The Past, the Present and the Future." It was a project about the kids themselves.

In it, he wrote, "In the past I liked ice cream." "In the present I still like ice cream." In the future I want to be a seller of cats."

I sent him a photo of it, and we laughed at how cute it was. Another paper I found was one of my daughter's from her preschool class. The teacher helped write it of course. The four year-old kids were asked what they wanted to be when they grow up.

My daughter said, "I want to be the Easter Bunny, so I can hop very high, and give all the kids Easter baskets." When I'm mad I can thump my giant bunny foot on the floor."

Elementary aged, and younger children, do not normally sit around thinking about "gender" Issues. That's the furthest thing from their minds. They want to run and play, read fairy-tales, eat yummy things and just be kids.

I personally think that this "gender neutral," push on American children is outright child abuse.

At age four my daughter wanted to be the Easter bunny, and expressed it in words. I certainly didn't go to the school and demand that she be addressed as the Easter Bunny since that's what she would have identified with at that time. A few years later, she wanted to be a princes who rides on a unicorn.

Kids are learning and growing. Their behaviors and thought patterns change as they grow. They don't need insane adults mixing confusion into what they learn.

Morals seem to have been flipped upside down. "The right to life," for many has become, "life-devalued."

Laws are being either pushed aside, or changed by people in power who have no right to change them. It's as though our own government is pushing for outright lawlessness. They seem to want chaos and confusion. Perhaps they believe that this will make it easier for them to bring in their New World Order.

Texas District Attorney, John Creuzot recently announced that he won't prosecute theft crimes valued under $750.00.

Upon hearing this statement, the Texas Police Union called for Creuzot to resign. They recognize the push for lawlessness.

The statement Creuzot made was like an open invitation for people to go on a stealing spree.

On the subject of "law reform," he stated that "Dallas is criminalizing poverty."

I understand that in some nations, those who go hungry certainly do face starvation and death. Here in the United States we have plenty of aid from EBT to soup kitchens.

Those who have experienced theft know how terrible it feels to have another person take their property. When storms roll through places like the east and Gulf coasts we see plenty of footage of people looting stores, as well as homes that the owners left locked behind when they fled an approaching storm.

Out of all of the videos I've seen where this has happened, I've never seen people walking out of stores with food items. Instead, I see them taking televisions, computers, electronics, shoes and clothing that are too expensive for most people to buy.

Even with the clothing and shoes that they steal, the people taking these things are wearing clothes and shoes. They are not doing this out of desperation, but out of greed.

I'm not saying that some do not take edible items. If people need food items to survive following a natural disaster, they should not be prosecuted. Though, there should be some form of agreement that the items will be later paid for, either through work or with money.

Nobody needs a television or any other electronics for survival.

Those are just a few examples of the many moral issues that that we've seen turned upside down.

"A little leaven leavens the whole lump." Everything twisted and changed for the worst has a starting point. A little compromise leads to a lot of corruption.

We can see a level of progression in Matthew 24. In it, Jesus went from speaking about the "beginning of sorrows," and right into the subject of tribulation:

Matthew 24: 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

Matthew 24: 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

At this moment, I can't think of much that doesn't offend the left. It's almost as though they can only see two feet in front of them, and have zero peripheral vision. Nor do they seem to even comprehend what some of their stances will lead to.

"And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another."

I personally do not believe that the above biblical statement is limited to a single subject. We know that families, friends and associates will turn against each other, even to the point of hating one another.

The younger liberal's have formed a manufactured "righteousness." They believe that everything they do is good. Many don't seem to grasp real human kindness, the value of life or respect for the elderly. Most people over thirty were taught these basic moral principles as children.

Paul also said:

2 Timothy 3: 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 Timothy 3: 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

2 Timothy 3: 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false -accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

2 Timothy 3: 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Does anyone see anything good coming out of what we're seeing in the world today? The only good that I can see in it all is the return of Jesus and the great shaking that will remove all of the evils of this world.

A Raging Storm

Source

Discerning When A Storm is Coming

All the warnings of Matthew 24 are pointing to this point in history. It's much like a massive storm building. Unless we know all the warning signs of an approaching storm we won't recognize it, and we won't be prepared for it.

Jesus himself gave us many of the indicators that a storm is approaching in Matthew 24 and 25. Are we watching?

In Matthew 16, Jesus also spoke about discerning the times:

Matthew 16: 2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

Matthew 16: 3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

We're definitely seeing the turning of everything "upside down," and political unrest world-wide. Morals have drastically changed, and loving others has become just a concept that comes with an appearance without a true heart set on it.

We're seeing natural disasters. We're seeing wars and rumors of impending wars. We're seeing illnesses that were once eradicated from the USA making a return, especially in places like Los Angeles, where streets are littered with hypodermic needles and human waste.

We're also seeing a massive level of Christian persecution world-wide. It's making its way into our nation and gaining strength daily.

Flipping the world upside down in a direction that is unacceptable to God is a precursor to a major storm coming. Once the storm is here, the massive shaking will begin, though there is some shaking already taking place.

Are you watching?

As always, I encourage anyone who reads this to read the chapters spoken of in this article, and to study it out, as there's much more contained in the scriptures, and the time taken to look into these things is well worth it.
