No Man Can Serve Two Masters

Updated on December 17, 2014

No Man Can Serve Two Masters

Women are attracted to men with money.

In our society, money equals power.

A wise man would consider if her attraction is based on wisdom or greed.

Greed is one of the seven deadly sins.

It seeks all it can devour and when there is nothing left to consume, it seeks to devour itself.

A wise woman is more indepth.

Knowing money to be only the residue of a good man, so greed is often not her goal.

She seeks things more essential to the development of a complete relationship.

Most men are fully aware women prefer men who are financially secure and many strive to reach that level of financial stability.

Some men compromise their character for the purpose of attracting the opposite sex.

The risk involved in the chase for dollars can destroy even the most innocent men.

While his intentions may be innocent, he can quickly lose focus on the priority of keeping the Creator first and fall into idolatry.

No man can serve two masters, he will hate the one, and love the other; or hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and MONEY.

Men may fall into the trapping of pursuing money to attract a woman or seek the direction of the Divine.

A clear choice must be made between the two.

The choice of one diminishes the value of the other.

The value of one must decrease, else he will find himself in constant conflict, dividing his loyalty.

This is the choice he must make.

Small men chose money as their God, but great men find money to be only a byproduct of true success.

It is clear, we need both God and Money.
