It was given to us to share

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace …1 Peter 4:10

Do you love to cook? Why not work in soup kitchens or Meals on Wheels as a volunteer?     Do you love to read? Why not be a volunteer at a local school and become a reading buddy? Do you like to work in a garden? Why not volunteer to cut a seniors lawn or someone’s lawn who is injured and can not do it themselves? Do you like to build things? Why not work for Habitat for Humanity?

These are just a few worthy causes that always need help.

When you use your God given gifts to help others you will feel enrichment in your heart and a purpose in your life. You will be bringing joy to others And, most importantly, you will be bringing glory to Jehovah El Shaddi ( the God who is sufficient  for the needs of His people).

I was a volunteer in a hospital as well as visiting seniors. It was some of the happiest times of my life.

In the country where I live now, those opportunities do not exist or I would still be doing them. I do however still find ways, by Gods divine guidance, to help others and bring glory to Him.

Prayer: Jehovah my beloved, thank you for the skills you have given me. Please guide me where those skills can best be used to help others, enrich my life and bring glory to You. In Jesus’ sweet name I pray. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day
