What Do You Think Heaven Will Be Like ?

Have you ever wondered what heaven will be like? Did you try to picture it in your mind? It’s kind of like trying to describe to a person who has been blind since birth what a flower looks like, they have never seen one and cannot ever get that real picture of the flower in their mind . Just like us trying to picture what heaven will look like, when we have never been there. I only can tell you how it will be and not how it will look. Heaven will be a awesome place where we will be with God and Jesus, we will see Mary and all the saints, we will see the angles and all our family and friends if they are in heaven.

Heaven is a state of perfect peace and happiness and love that will last forever. But it is not the same peace and happiness and love that we know here on earth, because what we call peace here on earth turns out to be a state where we have less turmoil, less anxiety, less conflict then we usually do. We call this peace and we are thankful for it; we are glad to have the little peace we have because we are catching a glimpse of something glorious and unspeakably good that lies beyond the stars. The peace, happiness and love that we will have in heaven will be thousands of times greater then we know now here on earth. Because the peace, happiness and love in heaven will be pure and not contaminated with evil.

We do not know what peace is because the peace we have here on earth  is violated with so much that is opposite. We do not know what love is because love in this world is overshadowed by dislike, by separation, by hate. We do not know what goodness is because the goodness we know, even when it is real is contaminated with evil. We have only enjoyed a small taste of what the peace, happiness and love will be like in heaven. We have only seen a shadow of what peace will be like in heaven, we have only seen a flicker of what happiness will be like in heaven, and we have only had a spark of what love will be like in heaven. Heaven will be where you will experience peace, happiness and love 100% in their pure state from God.

We must pray daily for ourselves and others for the help we need to be able to be saved and enjoy the great rewards of everlasting life in heaven for all eternity. We have a taste of what hell is like  in this life with all the evil and violence running around in today’s world, we don’t need to live it again forever for eternity……the choice is yours.
