What Is the Biggest, Greatest, Largest and Worst Loss of Life?
What is the worst loss of life?
What is the biggest loss of life?
The other day I was traveling on a bus. The bus was overcrowded and there was no space to sit or even to stand. I managed to hold the Iron Road fixed on the roof. As the bus moved, I overheard the conversation of two college students who were standing beside me.
The first one asked his friend. "Have you seen that?"
His friend replied: "No, I didn't get a chance."
Then the first one informed his friend: "It'd be the biggest loss in your life."
Then I decided to give more attention to their conversation to find out what is that biggest loss! I carefully listened to their conversation. They were talking about the newly released movie show running at a theater in the neighboring city. The first one managed to see that film, but the second one could not see that movie. Not seeing that particular movie represents the greatest loss in life for that friend.
One of my friends who is a pastor R had the opportunity to visit America. His friends in America called him to visit and minister in the Malayalam Churches over there. My friend Pastor R spent three months there. When he went to America, he had a desire in his mind to see the Niagara waterfall. But due to his exhausting schedule, he couldn't manage to see the Most famous Niagara waterfalls.
On the day of his return, many friends came to New York Airport to see off him. While having friendly conversations with all of them, one friend asked him. "Have you managed to see the Niagara waterfalls?"
Pastor R replied: "No."
At that moment the friend said: "It is the biggest loss of your life."
What is the greatest loss of life?
For one, not seeing that particular movie is the biggest loss of life; for another, not seeing the Niagara waterfalls is the biggest loss of life.
Now, what is the biggest loss of your life?
For me, not seeing a particular film is not the biggest loss of life. Not seeing the Niagara waterfalls is not the biggest loss of life. Not going to space is not the biggest loss of life. Not reaching the top of Mount Everest is not the biggest loss of life.
I would like to show you, one particular person, if you are not able to see him, or not able to know him, or not able to meet him, or not able to understand him, let me tell you, that is the biggest loss you'd ever have in your life. That would be the greatest and the biggest loss of your life. Let me introduce him:
‘Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose from the dead.’
You may be wondering why it is a total and greatest loss in life. It means you do not know of him at all. You have not known Him. He is the one who came to redeem the sinners who are not able to get to heaven. In his death, he paid the cost of sin and opened the way to heaven. Bible Says, He who believes in Jesus shall not perish but have eternal life.
The answer is that our existence is not ending with our life on earth. It continues in eternity. Some go to eternal happiness and the rest of the other goes to eternal condemnation. The bible calls it heaven and hell.
Now, the question arises, whether heaven or hell really exist? To know more about hell or earth please ask a person who died for a few hours. If you Google, you will find a girl who died for 23 hours, who visited hell and heaven. (Angelica Zambrano - Dead For 23hours, Taken To Heaven & Hell, Sent Back With A Message) You can find the interview with her on YouTube. Many people experienced death and returned to life. All have reported that when they entered hell or heaven, they felt that they have to live there eternally. It is not a small period of time. It is forever. Heaven is forever as well as the hell is forever. There is no other please for those who did well on the earth.
Another important thing you need to note that once you have gone to hell, there is no chance of getting to heaven by repentance or by the prayer of people, who are alive in this world. (Please note Praying for the dead is a waste of time, energy, and money) The only time you can repent and make sure where you spend your eternal life is, while you are alive on this earth. Once you have departed from this earth, there is no other way (unless you returned to earth).
Now the only way to heaven is to know Jesus, who said "I am the only way, truth, and life. No one comes to the Father (heaven) except me." Your redemption is free. Just believe that Jesus died for your sins. Yes. Jesus shed his blood for your and my sins. He redeemed us from sin by his blood. He rose from the dead and lives in heaven. He is preparing a place for those who trust in him and lead a holy life. Heaven is a beautiful place to spend eternity. You can have a glimpse of heaven and hell in the Bible.
Foolish people say there is no heaven or hell. Don't fall into the trap of these people. Satan and his army are trying to make people believe that there is no heaven or hell. That is the greatest lie.
If you are reading this article, please make sure that you will be spending your eternal life in heaven. A man visited heaven and hell and wrote a few books. His name is Pastor Yong-Doo Kim. (search his name in the google and find his website.) You can download his books free of cost and read it.
