Where do the souls go?

Updated on March 15, 2011

Christianity evolved with many beliefs. GOD, HEAVEN, HELL AND JUDGMENT.

GOD. As many as those who in believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit there exist differences in their beliefs. While Catholics believe in the Trinity, other religious groups choose God and the Holy Spirit leaving Jesus out of the circle, and others also choose God leaving Jesus and the Holy Spirit out of the circle.

HEAVEN. Some religious groups believe heaven as a place somewhere not in this world, Limbo and Purgatory waiting for those who need a little purification to get to heaven and Hell waiting for the rest of us.

JUDGMENT. Judgment day is another controversial issue that leads to people thinking there would be judgment on earth and before a man dies he is judged by his deeds. My hub will also be judged.

But in all this it's the soul of a man that finds the final destination. Where does the soul goes after death? This just like any other thing God created suffers vase justification. Some groups believe the soul continues to live here on earth among the living, while others believe the soul moves to the spiritual realm.

The soul I will say is a portion of God living in us. So where does this portion goes after death? Back to the owner until Judgment?

While worrying about where the soul transit until judgment, I will talk briefly about what to do to get the right placement for our soul.

I will not talk about living an upright life, we all know it's not easy and one can never be completely carefully to avoid occasions of sin, rather I will talk a little about a personal spiritual exercise.

This spiritual exercise is having a dialogue with ones soul. Ask your soul, what are the things I do to desecrate you, what are those things that block you from communicating with God and finally what would you have me do to keep you holy. Worrying about how to live an upright life without inner consecration can prove futile. Bear in mind that God does not communicate with our body, He communicates with our soul and we also do the same although we profess with our lips.

I can't go deep into the topic soul because I'm not an expert in metaphysis. I only had an experience that makes me think we have a powerful spiritual tool our soul that we can use to reach higher heights.

Constant communication with our soul, daily confession of sins and living in peace with God can keep us in line. The devil tempts both our souls and our body but if the soul has a strong will power the body can resist temptation. You know what length the soul travels within twenty minutes of an afternoon nap, so until then I continue dialoging with my soul every day and allocating some time to hub.

Nice day.
