Patience is a Virtue: Psalm 27:14
“Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.” Psalm 27:14
Sometimes God’s reasoning and timing are just not in sync with our own.
In those instances, we often have something occur which seems, at the time, to be nothing other than complete tragedy.
X months or years later, our viewpoint may change. Looking back, we come to see and understand why God allowed or even orchestrated said circumstance occur. We see how it prompted personal growth and/or certain chips to fall into place so as to accomplish His plan and purpose. In what seemed to contain nothing good at the onset, the end result becomes best case scenario.
Best case, given factors requiring that any pain occur to begin with. Why does it have to go wrong in the first place? Because God’s world is fallen, and we fell with it. Genesis Ch. 3. It became, and is now, a flawed state of affairs.
Otherwise, He would not have had to step in and compensate. But He has and will, so take heart. You will someday remember how painful it was and rejoice in a better day, knowing you have come out better and closer to He who will never let you down.
