Things to do if an Alien Invasion Strikes Earth

I know it might sound a bit crazy but there is certainly a possibility that aliens will reach the earth in search for resources and even for a new home. Do not hope for superman or spiderman to be there and throw them back where they came from. Given that they manage to travel in space is a sign that they are far more advanced in technology than us. Nonetheless, don't just stand there and watch them fire a laser gun straight at you. Here are some things that you should do.

This is a situation where you will certainly thank CNN. Be informed of what is currently happening. Surely the authorities will set a certain place that is safer for the civilians. Staying on the lookout for news updates on the television or radio is the only key to gain such information. However, knowing that these invaders are capable of travelling in space while carrying a large number of troops will only mean they are of higher intelligence than us and they came up with excellent plans to exterminate our race. They will surely target the electricity, radio and telephone lines to leave us crippled. This is the main reason why you should never leave your sight from any source of relevant information until you know where the authorities plan to evacuate the entire population.

It is a fact that these invaders mean business here. No matter what their purpose is, we are certainly a hindrance and that they need to eliminate us in order to continue with their plans. Pack your things up and be ready for an intense adventure. Don’t panic because that will only worsen the situation. Do not bring too much. Pick only those that you really need. A flashlight, some canned good, a rope, first-aid kit and water are the most important ones. It is not a good idea to bring any kind of weapon with you. This is true especially if you have some kids. Weapons will only add up to those things you are ought to carry and can only slow you down. Moreover, even the military has no match to them so there is no point of fighting your way through.

If you are living at the heart of the city, it is best for you to travel underground. A train tunnel will do. You can also settle on the sewer. These are the most ideal places to make your way out of the battlefield. It is not a good idea to hit the road with your SUV because it is not only an easy target but you are also at risk of an accident considering that you are mentally disturbed at moment. Who would be composed knowing that aliens came to kill us all?  Furthermore, try to search for a route in the forest because it will make you a hard target knowing that the trees are there to provide you cover. Have some breaks if you find a safe area to stay. It can be a cave or a train station. Be sure to have enough rest and treat the wounded.

Consider it luck that your company was able to reach the evacuation zone that the authorities mentioned. There are two things that you can expect upon arrival. First, there are several evacuees on site and military forces are still up and ready to serve as your protection. Although it is best to hide in limited numbers, the evacuation centers can provide you with enough food and water which is important especially for your kids. However, the scenario might be the contrary. The evacuation zone has been devastated and no one earthly is left. This might leave you hopeless but be sure to be strong for your kids and loved ones. Do not stay there too long. Gather some necessities found there and continue moving.

Nothing can save you now but prayers. Remember that it can move mountains. There is definitely hope left for our race. The battle in your city might be a lost but there are still several men and women out there who are fighting with all their lives at stake for the entire world. You better find a place where there is abundance of food and water. However, do not stay in large establishments like a mall. Settle in a convenience store or a small house. Give your love ones a hug and be sure to enjoy every minute of their company. There is nothing that we can do but pray and hope for the best.
