Protect your eyes and ears from sin

Eyes and ears, the gateway for demonic spirits
Thomas H Czech

What you watch on TV or on the computer can be the gateway to demonic spirits. It is extremely important to be aware of what you allow into your spirit by what you watch and/or do on the computer, and even by what you read. This also includes what you take in by your ears, this means by what you listen to and hear.
If for instance you watch vampire shows or read such books, this will give the enemy permission to enter your body, soul and mind. Since these types of shows are demonic.
The same goes for shows that are sexually explicit, violent or use course language. The question that comes to mind is “why?” If you are a follower of Christ, why would you want to watch or read such un-Godly things? This is what the term hypocrite and hypocrisy would be a perfect definition of. (Hypocrisy: the false claim to or pretence of having admirable principles, beliefs, or feelings. Hypocrite: somebody who pretends to have admirable principles, beliefs, or feelings but behaves otherwise; charlatan or fraud [Microsoft word definition])
Now the term Christian is a person who is a follower of Christ, this means a person who lives his/her life according to the word of God and the teaching of His Son Jesus Christ.
Would Jesus say, “I am proud of you”, if you watch such shows/movies, read such books, or even go on such websites?
There are many worldly and un-Godly things out there; we need to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong, without trying to justify it. Be honest.
There is no reason to say when all Christians are gone from this earth and you are left behind that you are left behind to bring others to Christ, do not lie to yourself. The reason you are left behind is because you were not a Christian, blameless or sinless on that day. 2 Corinthians 13:5 (New King James Version )5 Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified. There is not much time left, we are in the end times. You still have time to give yourself whole-heartedly to Christ and rid yourself of things of this world. Make your choice now, because if you are lukewarm He will say, away from me, I never knew you. Matthew 7:21-23 (New King James Version) 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Is this how you want Jesus Christ to see you? Are you prepared to throw your salvation away for a mere TV show, movie, book or computer web site? Are those things worth more than your salvation? Worldly entertainment now or eternity with God? The decision should not be a difficult one to make.
