The Secret of Happiness: Motivational Stories

Updated on October 5, 2019

Friends, happiness and sorrow are both major aspects of life, whether one is poor or rich (Raj or Rich, weak or strong, everyone's life also comes with sorrow. But a person with good thinking and good behavior turns his grief into happiness. Today we will try to know in this article how we can always be happy? And how to keep yourself away from suffering?

Be Satisfied:

Learn to be satisfied with whatever God has given you or what you have achieved. Often seen, dissatisfaction is the main cause of unhappiness. When our friend brings more marks than us in the class, there is sadness, when our neighbors build a new bungalow, there is sadness, when a partner buys a new car, there is sadness, when he opens a big business.

Friends, to put it plainly, we are not as sad from our grief as by the happiness of others, believe it or not. So keep yourself satisfied, satisfied does not mean that you end up trying to move ahead of others. Keep trying but do not let jealousy or jealousy get inside yourself.

Find friends like you:

My personal advice is to always make people like you your friends. If your friend is fat then you will always feel thin, your friend will be rich, then you will always feel poor, your friend will be tall and you will always feel small. All these things will make you sad, you will feel that my friend has everything, I do not have anything, so try to make people like yourself friends, believe you will be twice happier than before.

Ignore the stupid:

Once a man came to Sukrat and said that some people were saying very bad things about you, I want to tell you.
Socrates said - What is the use of me?
Man no
Socrates- Is that important to me?
Man no
Socrates - Will That Make Me Happy?
Man - no,
Socrates - So it is better not to tell me that thing.
So friends, ignore the things that are hurting you. Many times we are unhappy about the useless things that do not have any benefit, only listen to the things that make you happy.

Don't compare:

If a friend of yours is very rich or ahead of you in the field of career, then try not to compare yourself to him because this thing is always going to hurt you.

Do not compare and take the success of others as an inspiration that by working hard the other person has become successful, we will work harder than that and will be successful. Then see your sorrows will disappear and there will be happiness and just happiness around you.

Live like last day:

When we were younger and when the last day of school was over, after the exam was over, how happy we were that day. It seemed as if freedom has been attained, now we will have a lot of fun, those days used to be a pleasure, there was a different feeling and a different feeling in my heart.

How good can we get that happiness everyday? So think that today is your last day, live your life, cover all the happiness (Happiness) There is no scope of sorrow today.

Friends, tie the knot in your mind today and always try to be happy.
