UFO mystery solved

Updated on January 6, 2014

ufo mystery solved

I remember teaching in Vietnam in the 1990s when i had been asked several times by students if ufos were real or not, unfortunately back then each time my answer was a flat defiant 'NO'

I guess i was quite skeptical, and not very open-minded about wanting to believe in anything such as UFOs.

It was too far removed from what I knew.

I'm like most people, i guess, seeing is believing, unless the 'facts' don't add up.

What i can say is that people in Vietnam were like me, in that, they were mostly skeptical too!

True, most people did not have much data to go on and just assumed as much as i did that there was nothing to this mystery,

however, after speaking with a few individuals during the five years I lived in Vietnam, I did get the opportunity to learn about some of the stories of ufos that had been sighted during the Vietnam war. I quickly realised that this phenomenon was a global phenomenon , and not something that just happens only in the 'Western' world.

Over the years I have heard a lot of seious debate about this topic along with the 'not so serious' debaters who were quick to jump on it, and ridicule it without all the facts.

In 1947 a flying disc 'supposedly' had crashed near Roswell, New Mexico.

Whatever it was, it certainly grabbed the attention of the world's media, and that was partly helped by the Roswell army airfield issuing a public statement that they had recovered a crashed "flying disk"

Before long the military changed the story, and declared that it was nothing other than a weather balloon.

Then again in the 1950's the US Navy proclaimed to have solved the flying saucer mystery altogether by stating that they were ALL weather balloons.

Of course, over the decades the US military have been' caught out' a few times over the Roswell Incident, as they attempted to explain 'AWAY' the mystery, yet each time they 'tripped up' over their own explanations from the past.

Their explanations to date,

have not satisfied an incredulous public that have since wised up over the years.

Sadly I don't think we will ever know what really happened out at Roswell now, but we certainly do know that something was covered up and that the US military were involved in covering 'IT' up.

So what should we believe?

Well,

Having spent the last few months, reviewing the case for the existence of ufos, it amazes me at how much material there is out there

and the reluctance of science, and other governmental organisations to analyse all the data

Certainly, in terms of disinformation, our mass media has been tainted. Our reliance of needing to know is under scutiny, and what we may think of as 'facts' from our key sources of information may in turn not be as reliable as we had once hoped.

With this lens it is our goal to add plenty of of reliable information, and lots of interesting links, and updates.

We are certainly keen to view it from all perspectives in an effort to at least get a little closer to the truth.

Getting to the truth may indeed sound like 'famous last words'....but last words worth pursuing!

The good news is that 95 per cent of ufos can be explained - This is true

95 per cent of all ufo sightings can be explained.

Alot of sightings turn out to be misidentified planes, weather balloons, lighthouse beacons, or even bizarre looking cloud formations.

Sometime the planet Venus can fool people, as well as comets and meteorites.

In addition to that, we have lots of people out there that like to hoax ufos.

Hoaxing isn't difficult with today's technology and let's face it, one only needs to 'photoshop' on their computers nowadays with very little difficulty.

On top of that we have a number of people that tend to put out disinformation for their own particular agenda. These may include secret service type agencies that go out of their way to discredit the subject even further.

Altogether that works out ot be about 95 per cent of the ufo mystery already solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right at the moment....I could pat myself on the back and say 'Hooray' that was easy!

But what about the ones that we can't solve??????

Picture wikipedia

The bad news is that 5 per cent cannot be explained - The Belgium ufo wave

Here is a classic example of something that we cannot explain.

The Belgium ufo wave which would fit into that 5 per cent.

One of the most famous and credible ufo photographs to have ever been taken.(pictured above)

The greatest thing about this photograph is that it has been analysed by scientists and is considered to be a genuine.

The Belgium ufo wave in 1989/1990 is perhaps one of the most incredible ufo events to have happened.

The Belgium airforce itself held a public press conference and released it's radar footage to the public, in a sincere gesture to get to the heart of what was happening. I'm sure if this incident had of happened in the States the US military would not have been so forthcoming

Many credible witnesses and testimonies were heard from military pilots to policemen, making this a true and very real event.

The best thing about this case was that in Belgium they had a geniune and open debate.

These triangular craft were caught doing some amazing speeds, so it certainly does not appear to be technology that anyone out there is familiar with.

So if this triangle shaped craft is a real object,

the big question should now be....so who's flying them?

Is it just a matter of faith? Or could that 5 per cent be the 'smoking gun' - The Vatican has recently stated their position on extraterrestrials.

The Vatican has even stated their position on extraterrestrials.

Take a look at Monsignor Balducci below, and see what he has said in the past.

'Extraterrestrial contact is a real phenomenon. The Vatican is receiving much information about extraterrestrials and their contacts with humans from its embassies in various countries, such as Mexico, Chile and Venezuela."

-Monsignor Corrado Balducci, Vatican theologian

This is a very extroadinary statement to make!

Balducci has basically stated, on the behalf of the Vatican, that extraterrestrial contact is real. Don't forget that Balducci would have to have the blessing of the pope to make such a claim.

So i'm guessing they know something we don't!

What do we do with the five per cent that we cannot explain? - Cover it up?

This is the one that we should really worry about.

This was a case that happened at a British airforce base where Americans were based.

Up to 80 American Airforce personnel were involved with this ufo.

It was called the Rendlesham ufo incident.

A ufo landed in 1980 beside a major airforce base in Suffolk, England and on the edge of Rendlesham forest.

It occurred over a period of two days, and it involved over 80 American personnel from the airforce base that went out to investigate the sighting.

On the positive side we can say without doubt that something strange did happen-----I'm not going to doubt 80 American soldiers about a strange event that took place...are you???? I would consider them to be very reliable witneses, and especially when these types of soldiers are supposed to be in charge of looking after a military base that possessses nuclear weapons.

What is interesting though, is that back in the 1980's the Bristish government denied that there were 'ever' any nuclear weapons stored at the base. It would take about another ten years or so before the British government would finally admit that their earlier statements had been incorrect and that there were indeed 'nuclear weapons' being stored at this base after all.

In my opinion this only highlights the fact that the Rendlesham ufo case must have been of national defence interest, even though at the time it had not been stated as such.

So were these 80 American soliders hullicinating over this ufo event?

no, hardly not. If they're supposed to be looking after our nuclear weapons, and they see something strange in the sky we should listen up, right?

Reportedly a video camera had filmed the event, but it had never been released.

We can, however, piece together, from the audio transcripts and recordings, that were taken at the time by Colniel Holt (second in charge of the airbase) that this whole case makes an intriguing picture.

Other findings that we could suggest as evidence would include files detailing the Geiger counter readings taken at the scene of the apparent 'ufo landing'

These were also shown to Nick Pope who in 1994 was in charge of assessing radiation levels for the government.

According to Pope, they expressed 'surprise' at the recordings and confirmed that the radiation figures were ten times higher than had been expected.

Why we know ufos are real!

For us to get an understanding of how real this phenomena is out there, we used certain markers of truth, that helped to remind us that this was a very real sort of reality. For us we came to a consenus of certain 'markers of truth' which we felt should gain some merit.

Our markers of truth,

1/ the millions of sightings that have been witnessed throughout the 20th and 21st century all talk about the way these craft are able to fly and that

hasn't changed.

Millions talk about the amazing propulsion, and the extroadinary ability of how these craft can fly.The propulsion used by these craft still remains the same over the many years they have been sighted, photograhped or filmed.

This, alone indicates to me that this "marker" is a very real one to use in the subject of ufos.

Included among the witnesses that talk about UFOS and their flying capabilites are politicians, presidents, astronauts, and pilots etc That too, helps to validate, the claim that this sort of proplusion is in existence.

This in turn raises more questions....questions that we should all be asking now,

Who or what is flying around with this sort of technology??????

The answer, we don't know. It is at this juncture, that we are left to speculate.

2/ Our second marker of truth is just as important as the first.

The Cometa Report.

COMETA was a high-level French UFO study organisation from the late 1990s, composed of high-ranking officers and officials, some having held command posts in the armed forces and aerospace industry.

The astounding thing about this report is that it conducted an OBJECTIVE and scientific study about the ufo pheonomen for the first time to the public, unlike anything else seen before.

'The study was carried out over several years by an independent group of mostly former "auditors" at the Institute of Advanced Studies for National Defence, or IHEDN, a high-level French military think-tank, and by various other experts' -statement translated into English and is in the public domain.

So this group was responsible for the 'COMETA Report' (1999) on UFOs and their possible implications for defence in France.

The report goes on to conclude that about 5% of the UFO cases they studied were utterly inexplicable and the best hypothesis to explain them was the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH).

That in itself was a huge statement to make. The other findings i found in the report were also quite staggering, for example

the authors accused the United States government of engaging in a massive cover-up of the evidence.

Before its public release, it was first sent to French President Jacques Chirac and to Prime Minister Lionel Jospin.

There is now an English translation of this report available over the internet, and is now in the public domain.

3/ Deathbed confessions, and whistleblowers-Another one of our markers.

Top level people that have come forward to talk about this phenonomen.

We do have a lot of respect for some of these people. It is as if they have finally touched upon their own 'humanity' that we as a human race need to open up.

They feel the need to come forward to digress what they know. This demonstrates to us an awareness that something really is going on behind the scenes.

In terms of deathbed confessions especially i can't see any financial motive or incentive for anyone who wants to confess something related to ufos before dying, can you?

4/ If you are looking for physical evidence.

Trace cases do actually exist.

Many documented trace cases have been filed and or researched.

Often the trace samples leave things such as pod-like tracks, burn marks and/or radiation indicating that something had landed

Stanton Friedman for example has contributed alot of scientific evidence towards this subject.

Some sources in my writing include facts from ufoevidence.org and wikipedia (for dates and certain facts)

Should any potential evidence for the existence of ufos be covered up?...VOTE NOW!

You hear it so often, people losing their 'job' because they saw something strange in the sky, from pilots to other professions. Even the poor old military get a stern talking to if they talk about this subject.

Let's face it. Things relating to ufos are a career killer.

Is this due to a cover-up?

And if the case, should any potential evidence for the existence of ufos be covered up?

Vote now!

The ufo cover-up in ten minutes

When Science was wrong

Science gets things wrong and here's a superb book to tell you all about it

Written by none other than Nuclear phyiscist Stanton Friedman

Has Science got better things to study?

My prediction

It was Wlliam Lawrence Bragg who once said the following quote 'The important thing in science is not so much to obtain new facts but as to discover new ways of thinking about them.'

Mm, so has Science (or our scientists for that matter) got better things to study? I mean what are they doing with themselves?

We are often told that science is moving ahead in leaps and bounds, yet we are still driving around in cars that run on gas.

I remember visiting Disneyland in 1979 and going to Tomorrowland. The autopia 'electric car' ride was fun, and now in 2012

It is kind of ironic that my 6 old son went to Disneyland in 2012 and was riding on the same ride as i had been thirty-two years earlier.

For me that is a classic example of our progress....a virtually non-existent one.

It appears that anything new to study in science may indeed be 'shelved' until much, much later, or until current industries can make enough money on existing techonlogies. In reality the Electric car is not a new technology but it has been one that has been slow in gettting mass produced.

So what about ufos?

Has Science got anything better to study in terms of ufos?

Science appears to be stagnant in some areas, and it is a real shame. For me,'science' is all about solving mysteries and not about making judgements. Perhaps if it could work sensibly with the rest of the community without ridiculing the ufo subject we might actually be able to progress a little more.

In my opinion mainstream science needs to be utterly serious on this subject, so that, one day we will truly be able to hone in on the truth, no matter how unbelieveable or fantastic it may prove to be.

In reality however the 'slowness' and 'reluctance' of mainstream science to comprehend that ufos may actually be worth studying will come back to the position of the government and what they desire, after all they control the purse strings!

Because of that it is plausible to suggest that most scientists seem afraid to study 'ufos' simply because they might lose their government grant, or lose respect within the wider scientific community.

Unfortunately there is no quick fix to this problem but evenutally I predict that this tide will change, and that mainstream science will slowly come around and embrace the ufo phenonomen, whether that takes 10 years or 100 years it will happen.

What do you think?

What is a fact?

A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective. ~Edward Teller

Ecuador now has an 'open' policy of sharing ufo information between the military and the public. - honesty is the best policy....an open policy about ufos

Ecuador stands as one of the first countries in the world to open the door between greater disclosure between the Government, military and the public, and no one gets ricdiculed or harassed over it. No one loses their job either. And as for 'The mainstream press', well they have slowly 'come around' and are beginning to open up too.

Also the president has written a decree, guaranteeing that if any military officer reports a ufo in the military, that their career will not be affected in anyway, or that they won't be demoted, or lose any rank.

Sounds like real freedom huh? The Government fully supports this cause, but in the beginning it was wasn't so easy.

For example the military in Ecuador had been heavily influenced by the CIA, who were offering large cash installments for the military to keep quiet over the ufo issue.

This in turn meant that the President had to sack all of the military heads that had been reliant on CIA money.

Ufos in South America

Very informative dvd about 'ufo events' in South America and how ufos are treated more seriously over there.

New Zealander Dr Bruce Cathy talks about the grid lines on Earth - ufos found in certain hotspots around the planet, may have something to do with the grid line

This is really worth your attention!

Dr Bruce Cathie is a former airline pilot from New Zealand who personally observed a number of unidentified objects, plotted their courses, and noticed a pattern, from which he inferred a global grid of electromagnetic energy. This global grid has subsequently been substantiated by Becker and Hagens, among others.

During the 1970s he was continually being offered employment abroad by 'secret' American and Russian clandestine groups, but he was afraid of completely disappearing, or even losing his life should he have accepted. So it appears that certain major governments are fully aware of what our energy lines can harness.

He subsequently wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of New Zealand to inform him of his concerns.

Dr Bruce Cathie is a sincere and honest man who has brought much attention towards the energy grids of our planet.

Great Book

This is a great book about the what ifs???

What would happen in our society after ufo disclosure?

Richard Dolan a cold war historian, talks in great detail about the implications on our society when the government finally 'comes clean' on the reality of ufos.
