College Football 2012: Breaking down the SEC Week One
Who has biggest win for Week One
The SEC is again the best conference in football. Two more clubs enter the fray this year. Welcome Texas A&M and Missouri to the ranks. Alabama and LSU are again the top teams in college football. South Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas and Florida are also receiving some attention this year.
Every team was schedule to play during week one. The Texas A&M game against Louisiana Tech has been rescheduled due to Hurricane Issac. Every other club will play this week.
Thursday:
I like South Carolina over Vanderbilt in Nashville. Vanderbilt has approved greatly with coach James Franklin. I think South Carolina's defense will be to much for Commanders offense. South Carolina 24 Vanderbilt 13
Friday:
Tennessee will play North Carolina State in Atlanta. N.C State is getting alot of talk of contending for ACC title. Derek Dooley is trying to save his job at Tennessee. Justin Hunter is back and Tyler Bray is healthy. With these two guys back I like Tennessee in this match-up.Tennessee 24 North Carolina State 21
Saturday:
Easy Wins for SEC Clubs
Florida over Bowling Green, Georgia over Buffalo, Arkansas over Jacksonville State, LSU over North Texas, Missouri over SE Louisiana, Ole Miss over C. Arkansas, Miss St over Jacksonville State.
Auburn will play in Atlanta against Clemson in another ACC/SEC battle. This should be a great battle. I like Auburn to get a close win maybe evening kicking a field goal at buzzer to win game. Auburn 24 Clemson 23
Alabama will meet Michigan in a top ten battle in Texas. This game will not be as good as some people think. Alabama should have no problem stopping Michigan's offense. Alabama wins easily. Alabama 31 Michigan 13
On Sunday Louisville and Kentucky will battle in the Governor's Cup. Kentucky is easily the worst team in the SEC. Louisville is a BIg East championship contender. Louisville 34 Kentucky 10
Well get ready for another great year from the SEC.
