Updated on November 5, 2012

Who is your rookie of the year?

See results

As of games played thru November 4, 2012 Damian Lillard is pulling away from the rest of the rookies in race for ROY Award.

Thru his three games played this season. Lillard is averaging 21.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 9.0 assists per game.

Anthony Davis and Dion Waiters are the only other rookies averaging double figures in points. Davis has played two games so far this year. He missed New Orleans's last game with concussion issues. Waiters has played three games for Cleveland so far this year.

Other rookies that you should be watching are Michael Kidd-Gilchrist 7.5ppg, Jae Crowder 8.7ppg, Jonas Valanciunas 6.0ppg, Kyle Singler 8.7ppg, Austin Rivers 6.0ppg and Harrison Barnes 8.0ppg.

If season were to end today, here is my top five in Rookie ratings.

1. Damian Lillard 55.6 points

2. Anthony Davis 35.5 points

3. Dion Waiters 28.9 points

4. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist 23.5 points

5. Jae Crowder 21.7 points

6. Kyle Singler 21.1 points

7. Jonas Valanciunas 19.0 points

8. Harrison Barnes 18.3 points

9. Austin Rivers 17.3 points

Your rookie of the year winner will come from one of these nine players. Season has a long way to go but damn its been fun so far this year.

Its hard to say at the moment as most teams have only played 2-4 games. Usually around 35/40 games you can almost predict who will win it. He has had a great start though. Great Hub!
