Lebron James Ego in Pictures: Lebron will never be the greatest player, even if he thinks otherwise.
Do we really need to go into the psychology of a person who calls himself "King". Not only does Lebron call himself the King, he makes sure you know it.
King James? or King Narcissist.
King of Cake
Here we go with the King James again.....no comment. Simply no comment for a "man" who shoves that he thinks he's a King down your throat. Literally now, this time with cake.
Chosen One? In Case He Forgets, He Can Always Bring His Ego With Him
There is something psychologically wrong with someone to not just think something, but tattoo it on themselves to remind themselves how great they are. I've seen it time and time again and the story usually ends up pretty sad. Once great athlete, suffers and injury, then struggles to get back into the spotlight anyway they can. Fortunately Lebron will have enough money to buy something that will keep him in the spotlight once he retires. Its hard to imagine what is next for a guy once he runs out of skin to tattoo, how he can personify his ego.
In Case You Forget: He'll Remind You.
It Stats With Attitude
It is a bit unfair. You take a kid from a poor background, throw money at him as a teenager and plaster him on Sports Illustrated as the second coming of Michael Jordan, and its hard not to start thinking of yourself as a demigod. Little education, missing family values, and lessons of integrity and character, and before long, it becomes normal to call yourself the king.

You Can See it in His Face
If you ever watch Lebron play basketball, watch his posture, antics and facial expressions when the play is over, or during dead time. He simply acts and makes expressions that are larger than life as if the camera is constantly on him. He expresses his attitude and ego every chance he gets. It started in High School, where clearly, he was the best of the best.

Not Michael Jordan, Never Will Be
Michael Jordan had a ritual where he'd stop by the scorekeepers table and grab some chalk and clap his hands. It was subtle, it was professional, like a player shaking an opposing coach's hand. Lebron, trying his best to be like Mike, or rather, out do Mike, turned the chalk into a production straight out of WWE wrestling. It's all about the show for Lebron, rather the attention. For this reason alone, LBJ will never be considered in the class of Air Jordan, because the one thing Lebron lacks, is class.

Why do NBA players wear leggings, tights or sleeves? Is it for medical purposes, or a failed attempt at fashion that will be looked back and laughed upon like the short-shorts of the 70's and 80's.
