Natural Sport, Pumping Your Adrenaline
What is your activity in weekend? Do you like sport? Sometimes we spend that time with our family. There is an alternative for sport. This is not usual sport like we always doing regularly. This is kind of sport which need special place. And most of them is sport which pumping our adrenaline. I know that most of us like this sport. I just inform to all of you about other sport. Actually there are many benefit by doing this sport. Like, we more close with nature, stay away for a while from pollution and city noise, we get fresh air and free breathing, reducing stress, and many benefit that I can't mention one by one.
Actually there are other sport like ski, snowboarding, surfing, buggy jumping, ext. But in this hub I write about paragliding, treking, diving, rafting, climbing,
Actually there are many kind of air sport. But the easier kind of air sport to learn is paragliding. The flight equipment is like parachute (used for skydiving). but the size and shape is more simple and lightweight, only about 8-15 kg. but the weight can be adjusted to the weight of our bodies and our abilities. Just need simple requirement that is courage of mental. Because we will fly tens of meters from the ground. But don't worry, we will be given a short training and instructions first. We can try this sport directly. The first we come to the paragliding place, we can try it soon. Namely tandem flying (one parachute for two person).
The fun of paragliding is we know the flying bird around us. Flying on the air while seeing the beautiful scenery below us. There are many place in my country which is usually used for paragliding. LIke : Sentul (West Java), Banyak Mountain (East Java). Please enjoy the picture below.
Do you like hiking but you don't have much time and energy, there is solution for this problem. Treking is the best sport like hiking. Many people said that treking has the same sensation with hiking. Walking is the bigger portion in this sport. There are various type of treking, like:
- Safari Trek. The place for treking is in the zoo or national park. When we join the safari park we can exploring the forest with a variety of obstacles. Start from across the creek to climb the steep ground. We can see the forest animals. but don't worry for this kind of treking there is experienced guide who accompany us along the trip.
- Family treking. Kind of activity like walking in the hill and exploring the farm. With the distance of around 5 km.
- Treking - rapling - waterfall. Combination of treking with other challenge sports, like down the mountain or hill (with rope) and across the waterfall. The High of waterfall approximately 20 m.
- Treking and camping. it need a time around two days one night. we must prepare all the needs for camping, including the food.
The most fun of treking is we more close to nature, appreciate the plant and animal, reducing stress, good for our health because we walk during trip,feel free in breathing, see the green grass (good for eyes), we can hear the bird singing, we can see beautiful scenery and the best part is appreciate God's creation.
There are two techniques in diving. Those are dive without the tube (skin diving or snorkeling) and by using a tube (scuba diving), Both have the level of difficulty and different pleasures. But both of them are interesting to try. Before dive we were trained through manuals, videos, and learn to dive in the pool. The material usually given is how to deal with problems under the water. Then we can dive in the sea. The necessary conditions are the heart and respiratory system should be good and we shouldn't dive if we have respiratory problems like colds and coughs. We also charged a fee to rent equipment, guides and the cost to get to the location.
The most fun of diving is we can enjoy the beautiful scenery under the water. Because there was no body weight during the dive. So we don't feel tired. This exercise is good for reducing stress, because our view is the natural beauty of the sea and enjoy a very quiet atmosphere.

A requirement to follow rock climbing is not afraid of heights, physical must be prime and doesn't have health disorders such as vertigo, high blood pressure or asthma. In doing the rock climb must have a partner as a security, namely bilayer. The bilayer will help and give the instruction during the climb process. Hes must be an expert climber. Another task of bilayer is to maintain security of climber and holding a rope to rise and fall a climber.
The most fun of rock climbing is we really against the force of gravity. So if the rope out off the handle, we would know how challenging this sport. And if we are at the top or was hanging, that is wonderful moment where we can see how beautiful the scenery below us.
This sport is very exciting and challenging adrenaline. The basic requirement of this sport is good health and not afraid of water. Don't worry if you can't swim, because there are instructors who accompany us during rafting activity. There are safety devices which will protecting us, such as life jackets. The important thing is don't easy panic, always compact and continue to follow the instructions from the instructor.
Like other risky sport, there is a briefing before doing rafting on how to do this sport and how to save ourselves. Rafting difficulty level depends on the flow of water, which consists of 6 grid. The harder of the water, the higher the level of difficulty.
The most fun of rafting because this is kind of adventure sport. So, doing rafting can increase self-confidence. We can imagine when sliding together over the water, we can shout with freedom. The rivers are always changing and unpredictable.
