Sfc 3 Middleweight Predictions
SFC 2 was an incredible success on the Middleweight front! Great fights were followed by an edge-of-your-seat main event title match.
In this event, we'll be seeing a fresh debut, a rematch from an intense SFC 2 bout and a Middleweight title rematch that everyone wants to see. We're diving right in!

Undercard
#16 Jacob McCall vs (NR) Orioki Jaraq
Jacob McCall is coming off of his debut fight to Andrew Schiffer. Despite the loss, McCall showed the ability to hold his own. He will be taking on the debuting Orioki Jaraq. The half Japanese former street fighter looks to make a name for himself by showing the SFC what he's capable of, and I can't wait to see it.
My Prediction: Jaraq, early Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: McCall (21-9)
#15 Andrew Schiffer vs #17 Ryan Yoseph
Ryan Yoseph is one of three fighters with an 0-3 record and it sounds like he's getting desperate. The man in between Yoseph and his first victory, is the undefeated Andrew Schiffer... he's only 1-0, but still. Schiffer put on a great fight with Jacob McCall, and both fighters looked great throughout. I think Schiffer puts on another good one here, as he knocks Yoseph down to 0-4.
My Prediction: Schiffer, late Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: Schiffer (18-10)
#12 Chaz Michaels vs #14 Ivan Fisher
"Prettyboy" didn't have a good showing at SFC 2, as was KO'd by Jonnie Burns. Michaels looks to turn that around in this fight. A representative of Team LCA, he has shown the ability to control the fight on the ground, as that appears to be his strong suit. Across from him is the 1-1 Ivan Fisher, who bounced back from a brutal knockout from Cai Cash to drop Ryan Yoseph to 0-3. In order to improve past .500, I think Fisher will need to end this fight as soon as possible, as I believe the longer this fight goes, the more it favors Chaz Michaels.
My Prediction: Michaels, early Rnd 3 KO
League Prediction: Michaels (21-9)
#11 Johnnie Burns vs #13 Ty White
Jonnie Burns sits at 1-2, after an impressive first round knockout against "Prettyboy" Chaz Michaels. It was a rather dominant performance, as he stayed on the offensive throughout most of the fight. His opponent here is Ty White, who also scored his first win at SFC 2. It's interesting to look at White's record, as neither of his two losses came by way of knockout, and his single win was by decision. There isn't any evidence to make me think Ty wins this one by knockout, but I do think he comes away victorious.
My Prediction: White, decision
League Prediction: White (28-0)

Main Card
#9 Jah Wheeler vs #10 Qua'Sean DaaKingo
Wheeler dominated the early going of his fight with Jalen Smith at SFC 2. It looked as though the now 1-2 fighter was going to end it early. In the end, Smith weathered the storm and won the fight in the late stages. Wheeler looks to get back on track against Team Quest's Qua'Sean DaaKingo. He comes in at 1-2 as well, as he was knocked out in the third round by Akira Cesaro. Much like the Michaels/Fisher match, I believe the winner here depends on how long this fight goes. Unfortunately for DaaKingo, I don't think it makes it out of the second round.
My Prediction: Wheeler, early Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: DaaKingo (17-12)
#6 Jet Maretti vs #8 William Thompson
Here we have a direct rematch of SFC 2 and there's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. I think this could turn into a friendly rivalry for many weeks to come. Jet Maretti surprised a lot of people when he destroyed William Thompson last time. Maretti looked extremely impressive in his victory, with a sweet looking KO. The 8th ranked Thompson looks to get even with the 2-1 Maretti. However, I don't believe this fight will work out in Thompson's favor.
My Prediction: Maretti, late Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: Thompson (22-4)
#5 Roberto Pererya vs #7 Jalen Smith
Roberto Pererya looks to climb back into title contention, and that begins with this fight. The 3-3 fighter just defeated Braxton Hope at SFC 2 and is looking to make it two straight wins here. On the other side, Jalen Smith came away with a win over Jah Wheeler at our last event. If Smith wants to defeat Pererya in this match, he must avoid taking the amount of punishment he received in his last fight, as the 5th ranked Argentinian would assuredly put Smith away in that scenario.
My Prediction: Pererya, late Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: Pererya (24-5)
#3 Thomas Noble vs #4 Elysia Gallows
In our top contender's match, Thomas "Bonecrusher" Noble looks to hop right back into another title fight. At SFC 2, Noble put in a very impressive showing, almost defeating Middleweight champion Tony Hall. However, he succumbed to Hall's submission ability, as Noble was choked out.
Standing across from Noble is the 4th ranked Elysia Gallows. Gallows has been pretty underrated as a fighter by most, and he had the chance to earn a title match last week. He ended up losing to Salvatore Cash-Money, in a fairly even contest. The 3-2 Gallows has another chance to get himself into a title match with a win here.
I think Gallows takes advantage of Thomas Noble overthinking himself, and he will look to challenge for the Middleweight title at SFC 4.
My Prediction: Gallows, early Rnd 2 KO
League Prediction: Noble (15-14)
Which Middleweight Main Card match are you most excited for?
SFC 3 Middleweight Main Event: Middleweight Championship #1 Tony Hall(c) vs #2 Salvatore Cash-Money
In our main event, we will have a rematch of the Ground and Pound 1 finals: Hall vs Cash-Money. Tony Hall sits as the 7-0 Middleweight champion and has looked damn near unstoppable since his debut. Sure, a couple people put up a fight, but Hall has shown incredible submission ability, which has taken out everybody in his path. The champion even showcased a brand new rear naked choke against Thomas Noble at SFC 2, rather than his usual Arm Bar signature move.
After knocking out Elysia Gallows at SFC 2, Cash-Money earned himself a rematch with the Middleweight champ. The 5-2 fighter has proven to be more than capable of knocking opponents clean out, but he's been talking a lot to Hall about making him tap out. Perhaps Cash-Money is going for a new strategy here?
Despite Hall being the 7-0 favorite, I can't help but be curious of Salvatore's trash talk. He has to have something up his sleeve, right? Anyway, I'm not betting against Cash-Money in that case. I'm picking a very late, worn down submission victory for Salvatore Cash-Money.
My Prediction: Cash-Money, mid Rnd 3 submission
League Prediction: Hall (21-8)
