SFC Power Rankings: Ground and Pound 1
We recently saw the launch of the heavily 2anticipated Simulation Fighting Championship. A major tournament was held to decide the first ever MiddleWeight champion.
It was an exciting time to say the least, with unexpected knockouts, bone cracking submissions and even a judge's decision.
Now that the champion has been crowned, let's run through the Power Rankings, post Ground and Pound 1.

#6-3
6. Elysia Gallows
Record: 2-1
Defeated by: Roberto Pererya
Not many people knew what to expect from Elysia, the fighter out of San Diego. He pulled off the win over guys like Jett Maretti and Jalen Smith, but Roberto Pererya proved to be just a little too much.
5. Thomas Noble
Record: 2-1
Defeated by: Jon Fowler
Thomas Noble was a smack talking surprise at the start of the first Ground and Pound event. His roundhouse kick used to defeat Jonnie Burns was incredibly impressive and took everyone by surprise. "The Tombstone" relayed that momentum into another win over DeJuan Jennings, before meeting his match in Jon Fowler. Noble would make a great opponent for anyone in the top four of this list, in this writer's opinion.
4. Roberto Pererya
Record: 2-1
Defeated by: Tony Hall
Roberto Pererya is one of five 2-1 fighters. His path included wins over Daniel Andrews and Elysia Gallows. Caught in the mix of possible contenders, the Argentinian needs to prove himself worthy of challenging Tony Hall in a semi-finals rematch.
3. Jon Fowler
Record: 2-1
Defeated by: Salvatore Cash-Money
Fowler (pictured above) was on a roll after defeating both Ryan Yoseph and Thomas Noble. Unfortunately he ran into the knockout artist known as Salvatore Cash-Money, who ended his night.
It was a good roll for the linebacker of the Dallas Isotopes, who is quite the trash talker. Time will tell if he's able to back up that talk... or if he even gets the opportunity to.
#2
2. Salvatore Cash-Money
Record: 4-1
Defeated by: Tony Hall
Cash Money had to be the odds on favorite to win it all, especially after his ferocious comeback KO against Mason Stonewall in round 1.
The Irishman followed up that performance with three consecutive knockouts over Qua'Sea DaaKingo, Tyson Cooper and Jon Fowler before meeting his match in submission specialist, Tony Hall.
You'd have to assume Cash Money would get first crack at the new MiddleWeight champion, we'll have to see.
Who should be the first challenger for the MiddleWeight title?
#1
1. Tony Hall(c)
Record: 5-0
Defeated by: N/A
We should have seen it coming. After nearly breaking the arm of fan favorite Dax Lewis in round 1, Hall put everyone on notice that the submission game is his all-or-nothing. Jah Wheeler nearly put an end to him in round 2, but once Hall baited him onto the mat, it was all over.
A couple more submission wins later and we finally had the matchup everyone was begging to see: submission specialist Tony Hall vs knockout artist Salvatore Cash-Money.
Hall picked up the victory and the MiddleWeight championship in the process. Hall is awaiting his next challenger, and whoever it is better make sure they don't let Hall grab their arm...
