Do anyone like walking? I think all of us like walking. Walking is the easiest activity and we all do this everyday. It's like simple aerobic and I believed that we do it well. Moving another place, like from living room to bedroom we need some walk. Visiting our neighbor we need walk also. Sometimes we don't pay attention from this activity. If we concern and serious doing this activity, we get a lot of benefit behind this. We get more healthy, we get fresh body doing activity all day long after walking. And I will post about the benefit of walking. It mean not simple walking, like you move 3 meters from your position to another place.But we do serious walking that give us benefit from this activity. We have to doing this consistent. The better result if we doing this activity regularly , we have schedule and we have to keep promised to do it well.
Here's the fact about walking :
- Walking every minutes can prolong our life 1.5 to 2 minutes
- Walking 20 minutes everyday will burn 7 pounds of fat per year
- Walking longer each day just only for 40 minutes is the best way to lose weight
- Fast walking start from 20 until 25 minutes each day is the best condition for our heart and lungs.
Here's the benefit of walking, like :
