Weekend Wristlock: 3 Potential Endings For the Universal Title Match
Despite my numerous (one) attempt at making a case for AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe the Summerslam main event, it appears as though I have failed, and for that, I am truly sorry.
On a brighter note, there are potential finishes to the Brock Lesnar/Roman Reigns match that could make for some intriguing stories after the event ends, and here are just few of them (not including a Money in the Bank cash-in).

3. Dean Ambrose Returns
Rumors are swirling of a Lunatic Fringe return somewhere near Summerslam. Most fans (myself included) expect him to assist Seth Rollins in a battle against Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. What if he's the "unless" that Paul Heyman had in mind (Heyman started to give a potential route for Roman to beat Brock on the extended interview released on WWE's YouTube channel).
This is probably the least likely option of those I'm going to list here, but it's not completely out of the question. Ambrose and Lesnar aren't exactly strangers either, and I'm sure he would love to help out his Shield brother and finally dethrone the Beast.
2. Paul Heyman Turns on Lesnar
This is the angle WWE is currently hinting at, which leads me to believe something else will go down. Brock Lesnar made it clear that he and Heyman aren't friends, and haven't spoke to each other since the incident. Paul was in tears during his interview with Renee Young, yet still considers Brock to be a friend.
This scenario is likely the "unless" referred to in that interview. This is my favorite potential outcome of this match, and could really shake up the WWE (not to mention Roman's character). A heel Reigns aligned with Paul Heyman is the best-case scenario for this match.
Which outcome would you be most excited to see?
1. It Was All A Ruse
The most WWE way of doing things would be for Heyman to reveal that he and Lesnar were in cahoots the entire time, and staged their possible breakup. This would be a troll job against the fans more than anything, and would be sure to anger many.
Unfortunately, this would mean Brock remains Universal champion, but the Money in the Bank holder could always cash in the next night on Raw while they gloat. Personally, I don't like this option, but it's what's likely to happen.
