Dallas Cowboys: Jerry Jones' Team
Now known as AT & T Stadium
I still think of them as America's Team; love 'em or hate 'em - the Cowboys are special! ;-)
This lens is about the Dallas Cowboys that still seem to be my emotional 'favorite' NFL team, even though I also follow a few others with great interest. I simply enjoy NFL football, it seems, but the Cowboys, regardless of record, success or failure, are the ones I follow the closest.
I put Jerry Jones name in the title because I firmly believe his stamp is so firmly on the team now. Everything he lives and breathes is represented on the team, for good or ill. It must be an exhilarating experience. Still hoping he (they)(we) get(s) another Super Bowl win!

Jerry Jones is the owner of the Dallas Cowboys and also serves as general manager making all major decisions for the team. He also frequently serves as spokesperson for the team.
The Cowboys, under Jones as previously, are heavily involved in the greater Dallas community. Cowboy Stadium is used more and more for college football and other entertainment as well as NFL football, recently hosting the Super Bowl, as well.

Quarterback, Tony Romo
Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys Quarterback, No. 9
Quarterbacks are usually the 'face of the franchise' and Tony Romo is certainly that with the Dallas Cowboys. Quarterback frequently are credited with positive team accomplishments and blamed for negative team results. This certainly also applies to Tony Romo. In my opinion, he has done a fine job, especially as an undrafted free-agent Cowboy. His 2011 stats were impressive, but, because of continued lack of winning in the playoffs his accomplishments are generally underappreciated.
Tony is also an excellent golfer. He handles his situation, all around, in an exemplary manner. Learn more about Tony by clicking on the photo.

Jason Garrett, Coach of the Dallas Cowboys
Jason Garrett first joined the NFL as a free-agent in 1989 after a successful playing career in the Ivy League at Princeton and Columbia.
He was third-string quarterback behind Troy Aikman in the Cowboy Super Bowl wins in 1993 and 1995. He was offensive coordinator and assistant head coach with the Cowboys before being named interim head coach and then head coach.
