What is the most challenging geocaching hunt you've ever gone on?
I was hoping I could answer a question for someone who is always answering them. Sorry, is geocaching like a snipe hunt? I am no help, sorry.
The most challenging one I've been on was one which was between the Mississippi River and a levee. The terrain was rugged, and you couldn't drive really close to it. The GPS put me in close proximity but I couldn't find it at first. I searched for about a half an hour until frustration sat in so I sat down to collect myself. I happen to look up and there it was...
There was a rope which was spray painted to very near the same color as the tree bark, with a pulley system. That was the first time I'd ever found a cache in an elevated location.
