I would by no means call it one of the greatest upsets in superbowl history

this was the NFC's NUMBER ONE seed beating the AFC's NUMBER ONE seed...

a big upset is what the Giants did to the Pats...weren't they like a 5th or 6th seed to boot?

don't get me wrong, it's a big deal to win the superbowl, but there have been 44 games, and if you flipped them up and reversed the order and showed them to a bunch of people that had never seen a single superbowl, this one wouldn't stand out as one of the better ones...

I agree. I call this a small upset. It was only a 5 point spread by odds-maker.
Super Bowl III with the Jets and Colts was a big upset as well as Giants over New England.
The Saints are a good team. They were over-looked and not given enough credit until now. I always felt they could win, but went with the odds in my prediction for the Colts.
I am glad the Saints won. They definitely earned the win in the game.
