This is a tough one. They both have tough game in the division, but the Browns -in my opinion have 4 losses right out of the gate with the Steelers and the Ravens, whereas the Giants don't really have that two-headed monster in the division. But the Giants are injury-riddled to start the season, with issues on the D-line and the secondary, so I'd have to -at this point, say ... the Giants. Barely though ...
im going to say the browns to many injuries for the giants and they cant tackle.
