Kershaw Mini Mojito 1800 Folding Knife Review
Kershaw Mini Mojo
Kershaw is known for manufacturing many excellent pocket knives, especially those designed by Ken Onion. And the Mini Mojito (AKA Kershaw Mini Mojo) is not the exception to this tradition. The folding knife combines the neat style of its recurve blade with the utility of a real tool. The assisted opening device opens the blade fast but in a smooth way. The Blade, made of a quality stainless steel, has a good retention of the edge, it is relatively easy to sharpen considering its shape, and shows good corrosion resistance. The stainless steel handle with G-10 inserts feels comfortably in your hand with a good grip. On the whole, another great folding knife designed by Ken Onion for Kershaw.
Features
- Speedsafe: This assisted opening mechanism is one of the buying points of the Mini Mojito. It permits to open the blade smoothly and fast. Besides, this device has a torsion bar that helps to maintain the blade closed preventing the blade to be opened by gravity. The Speedsafe permits an ambidextrous opening.
- Stud Lock: a locking mechanism that secures the blade into position preventing the blade closing on its own.
- Pocket Clip: In this model the pocket clip is reversible.
