10 DO'S AND DON'TS FOR STRONG AND HEALTHY NAILS
We all like healthy and strong nails but the question is how many of ous put efforts to have them ?
Unfortunately, developing strong and healthy nails is not on the top of a lot of people’s “to-do” list. Don’t ignore your nails just because you don’t feel they are as important as your hair or face. Make the time for your nails too.

8 Take infection’s seriously
