10 DO'S AND DON'TS FOR STRONG AND HEALTHY NAILS

We all like healthy and strong nails but the question is how many of ous put efforts to have them ?

Unfortunately, developing strong and healthy nails is not on the top of a lot of people’s “to-do” list. Don’t ignore your nails just because you don’t feel they are as important as your hair or face. Make the time for your nails too.

Getting a manicure and pedicure is good but not enough for them its also how you treat them regularly. So here are some <a href="www.woomaniac.com">do’s and don’ts</a> you must follow.

DO’S

1 Keep nails clean and dry

2 Stay moisturized

3 Massage your cuticles

4 Eat a weel balanced diet and have you’r supplements on time

5 Get manicures

6 Trim your nail’s regularly

7 Use sharp nail clippers / scissors

8 Take infection’s seriously

9 Wear rubber gloves while cleaning

10 Apply base and top coat to your polish


DON’T

1 File you nails back and forth

2 Use your nails as a tool

3 Peel of old polish

4 Use cheap quality products

5 Bite your nails

6 Wear tight fitting shoes or gloves

7 Use too much of hand sanitizer

8 Go barefoot

9 Be hard on you cuticles

10 use unsanitized nail tools
