3 Recipes For a Better Face Skin
If you are not happy about your face skin, there are a few things you can try before deciding to buy expensive and miraculous cosmetic products.
Olive oil has been known for a very long time not only for its healing qualities but also as a natural, deep penetration moisturizer, regenerating skin cells and making the tissue softer. This is why the skin care industry uses olive oil. I will also use it in all the recipes described bellow.
1. Squeeze a few fresh grape berries in a pot and add a spoon of extra virgin olive oil. Blend the composition with a spoon for 2-3 minutes. Apply the mask on your face and wait about 30 minutes. Wash your face with water at the room temperature - not hot, but not cold water either. Don't make more mixture than you need for one application.
2. Put a fresh quail egg yolk into a pot and add extra virgin olive oil. Blend the composition with a spoon for 2-3 minutes. Apply the mask on your face and wait about 30 minutes. Clean your face with warm water (not hot).
3. The third recipe consists of ground coffee and extra virgin olive oil. The mask is made the same way like the other two masks and has the same usage.
Tips
These recipes are basic ones; you can try combining olive oil with other ingredients like fresh cheese, yogurt, cucumber juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, green tea, honey, etc. to see what fits your skin better.
Use the mask in the evening, before going to sleep.
Use only fresh ingredients and good quality, extra virgin olive oil.
Make the mask for only one usage; throw away what remains.
Don't use an ingredient if you know or suspect you are allergic at it.
A final note: my wife uses these recipes, so I know for sure they are working. ;-)
