If you want to keep your face shiny and youthful, you should not forget to take care of it daily, properly and regularly.

  • Facial Cleansing

Proper cleansing of the face is a must. The facial skin consists of several layers. For example, there is the outer layer that contains several dead cells, grease and dirt that need to be removed. Proper facial cleansing should be done with special facial cleansers and should be done daily.
So rinse your face every night with facial cleansing soaps to remove dirt and extra oils. Exfoliating the face should be done once a week to remove the dead cells and not to irritate the skin. Before exfoliating, you can expose your face to the steam so that the pores will open and dirt and excess grease will be removed. To do this boil the water in a saucepan. Then put your face on the steam of the water (at a safe distance so you do not get burned). Wait a few minutes to open the skin pores.

Proper facial cleansing briefly includes the following steps:

- Cleaning with facial soap (once every day).

- Face in the steam from a safe distance (before exfoliation).

- Face peeling with a peeling cream (once a week).

  • Face hydration

Hydration of facial skin is also very important. It is best to consume 8 glasses of water every day. For hydration from the outside to the inside, you can apply a moisturizing face cream or hydration serum.

  • Protection

Protection of the skin from external conditions plays a very important role in the "quality" of the skin. Solar radiation causes premature aging of the skin and so it is recommended that you wear sunscreen on all sunny days of both summer and winter. You should also avoid moving to places where air pollution is too high because it can also cause a lot of problems for your skin. Proper and complete protection of your skin includes limiting the consumption of large amounts of alcohol because it causes dehydration. It is also good to restrict or stop smoking because it causes premature aging of the skin as well as wrinkles.

  • Sleep

You will surely have heard the expression: "Sleep nourishes the skin". This expression is beyond all truth. During sleep, the skin of your face is "remodeled" and that's why it is very important to sleep 8 hours each night (for adult women). It is also important to sleep and the right hours. So lie down early in the evening and see your face shining every morning.

  • Nourishment

Your skin, in order to keep it smooth, soft and supple, needs every day the necessary nutrients and vitamins. The best way to do this is to consume fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, fiber and various other herbal ingredients and can make your face more shiny than ever. So eat fresh fruits and vegetables and you will not miss. If you want, you can apply daily some face cream with vitamins and nutrients to help you further nourish your skin.
