What kind of yogurt for facial mask?

Plain, unsweetened, thick yogurt should be used for yogurt masks. Thick yogurt is best because it is easy to apply. Runny yogurt can also be used by discarding water part from it. Homemade yogurt would be best for applying on face, because it is free from artificial flavor, color, preservative and sugar. If you are buying yogurt from market, do check for unsweetened and unflavored labels. To avoid skin irritation, you must use plain yogurt or homemade yogurt/dahi to make natural face masks.

Yogurt face masks have wide ranging skin benefits. With the help of plain yogurt, a natural face mask can be made to get healthy, glowing and young looking skin.
