The Need for Beauty Remedies and Enhancers

Just as women are known for being vain, depriving them of these personality enhancers can be detrimental to their psychological conditions. This can be one of the many reasons why most wives develop high level of insecurities which later end up into marital problems.

Since majority of our women spend their lives in the kitchen, I want to establish here a direct link on these two valuable factors: Beauty Enhancers and Kitchen in order for us to find a solution to the apparent need of our women today and my study indeed came out with vast results to prove that a woman’s kitchen can also be her beauty salon.

Almost all basic ingredients found in all beauty products are also found in a woman's territorial domain, her kitchen. A kitchen is not only made up to provide your family with cooking ingredients to show off your culinary expertise but it is also a place where you could avail of beauty enhancers you need for beauty maintenance. You did not stop caring for yourself nor stop developing your personality the day you choose to be in your kitchen to provide your family with a decent meal. It’s not a good reason to stop caring for your face, skin, hair or body just because you are alone in the kitchen most of the time. So, even in the privacy of your kitchen, you can still continue to enhance your personality. You have a lot of these ingredients there with you if you just use a little of your imagination. Imagine the surprise of a husband when he comes home to find a wife whose beauty radiates naturally instead of a devastated-looking, haggard personality called a wife? Don’t get me wrong on this for the fact still remains that many husbands go philandering because their wives are no longer the same women whose personality had indeed struck them with full force before their marriage. Before it’s quite too late, especially for woman whose marriage are on the rocks, think of these tips below to save your marriage.

The Ingredients

There are varieties of cooking ingredients that one may find in the kitchen depending on its vastness. I’m not talking about the size but the abundance of what is available in your kitchen. In this article, I am going to teach you women, wives, in particular, ways to maintain if not enhance more of your natural beauty while busy preparing delicious meals for your family. Here are some few tips of what you can find in your kitchen:

Coffee is a real morning starter. Not only that coffee will take the spin out of your head but will give your face an extra glow if you apply a morning mask made from coffee. Here is a recipe for a coffee mask:

2 tbsp of grounded coffee

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp of whole milk, yogurt or heavy cream

1 tbsp honey

Blend all ingredients together and apply. Leave the mixture for about 15 minutes in your face before removing it with soap and water.

Coffee is also an effective facial scrub. Here’s how to make a facial scrub out of your coffee:

3 tbsp ground coffee

1 tbsp natural oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

Add all above ingredient with oil, preferably olive oil. Blend well and massage into your skin to exfoliate dead skin cells. Rinse with warm water. You will surely find your skin radiating after the process.

Coffee can also be a good treatment agent for your hair. The antioxidants present in the coffee strengthen hair follicles and let your hair grow. So if you have a problem with falling hair or baldness, try this solution to renew your hair and get it back to its natural state. It will also be shiny or glossy in appearance:

Mix about 3 tbsp of ground coffee in just a little bit of hot water. Let it cool until lukewarm and apply the mixture in your hair and scalp. Let it stand for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Coffee also when mixed with coconut milk helps in diminishing cellulite marks in your body. By simply making a mixture of 1/2 ground coffee, 1/2 cup sugar of any variety and 1 cup coconut milk, you may have your body scrub. Rub this all over you body especially on cellulite- affected areas for about 30 minutes then rinse with warm water.

Oil is the most widely-used ingredient in making beauty products. It is used as base ingredients for skin moisturizers and conditioner. Olive Oil is advisable for skin and Castor oil can also prevent wrinkles and softens the skin.

Salt is used for exfoliating dead skins when combined with olive oil. It also leaves you skin soft and tender to touch. This is advisable especially for older women. Remember to use iodized salt for a finer mixture.

Sugar is good for the skin when used as a scrub as it tightens and makes it soft to touch. Make your own Sugar Scrub and here’s how it must be done: Mix sugar with olive oil in equal parts. You may also add essential oil. Rub the mixture to your body to exfoliate dead skin cells and rinse off with water afterwards. There are a lot more to these ingredients but since we have limited space here, I just focus on the most basic ones and those often times are found in the kitchen.
