Beauty Without Cruelty Review

Beauty Without Cruelty Rosemary Mint Tea Tree Shampoo

I turned thirty five this summer and decided to start taking care of nature and myself better! I finally stopped using all of the harsh chemical based hair care products that tested on animals. A lot of my friends are very health savvy and rave about the benefits of using vegan products. The decision was made, I took the first step in establishing a healthier hair care routine. First I tried some products that I found in the mall that claimed they were "earth friendly" only to later find out they tested on adorable little animals! Than came the day when I was browsing some articles on-line and came across a line of personal care items called Beauty Without Cruelty. This line of hair, body, and cosmetics products created an all vegan line and started a revolution of cosmetics that didn't test on animals!

After doing a little research on the company Beauty Without Cruelty I am happy to say that everyone had such amazing things to say about how well their products worked. I'm pretty sure that one of their most popular products is their Rosemary Mint Tea Tree shampoo, everybody thought it was stellar and one of the best vegan hair care products on the market. Hair care junkies like it because it has all natural ingredients and supports the welfare of animals. . You use it as you would a regular daily shampoo and it starts transforming your hair immediately! It may be used with your everyday styling products and it's only about $10 per bottle.

Pros: Ever since the first time I started using this shampoo my hair has never felt better! It was clean and bouncy and not weighed down as it usually is. Being that the shampoo is made of all natural ingredients it didn't bother my sensitive skin or scalp. The scent was both invigorating and fresh. The mint actually made my scalp tingle and when I got out of the shower my family couldn't believe how wonderful my hair smelled. This product is for people who care about the welfare of animals and also want to make their hair look it's best. I am overjoyed that I found Beauty Without Cruelty's Rosemary Mint Tea Tree shampoo and it lived up to it's claims on all levels!

Cons: For me it was a little hard to find in the stores I usually shop at. This product is more convenient and less expensive to purchase on-line rather than in stores.

Beauty Without Cruelty Volume Plus Conditioner

I have hair that tends to get really dry and I have to be careful that my daily conditioner adds moisture. Beauty Without Cruelty Volume Plus conditioner adds all of the moisture I need and makes my thick unruly hair bouncy and alive looking! My hair feels better when using this conditioner and it's smoother and less frizzy. It also smells great with it's citrusy scent that is delightful for all seasons! I only needed a quarter size of the conditioner and it went a long way in making my shoulder length hair feel totally conditioned. Volume Plus conditioner also is not tested on animals, is vegan, and contains all natural ingredients. After using the conditioner even on the and most humid day in August, my hair still felt silky smooth and actually had body to it! This product also did not aggravate my sensitive scalp and was very soothing in the shower. Being that the chemicals in this product are all natural in it did not irritate my eyes when being rinsed out and it also reduced breakage after everyday use. After using it for about a week a few of my co-workers actually commented that my hair looked a lot healthier.

Pros: Overall I really like Beauty Without Cruelty Volume Plus conditioner. The fragrance and the effectiveness won me over big time! It will be my conditioner of choice during the months when I need an uplifting sensual scent.

Cons: Most of my friends and I are big fans of Volume Plus conditioner. Regardless, I was surprised to find out that some people actually prefer the scent of Beauty Without Cruelty's other shampoo and conditioner lines.

My final words

I thought that Beauty Without Cruelty's shampoo and conditioner was magnificent. In the future I will be purchasing both of these products many times and will be telling my friends about this great line. This company has a brief history written on their web-site which includes the fact that it's founders were "gripped by such intense passion and commitment that it changed the course of history." Kathleen Long and Lady Dowding's love and concern for animals altered the course of cosmetic history forever. What began as the philosophy of one small company eventually effected every major cosmetic house worldwide and set a new standard for consumers and manufacturers alike.
