It is possible to get fair skin complexion with naturally using orange peel, gram flour and sandalwood.

The question is how to get fair skin complexion?. Even some people with light skin tone dream of having a fairer complexion. Several cosmetic products are available in the market that can lighten the skin. But they contain chemicals that can harm the skin in the long run. Skin whitening or bleaching is used to lighten skin complexion. Women are keen on flawless and radiant complexion. Most of our skin problems are due to the advancing age, sunlight and pollution. Skin darkening is caused by excess of the pigment melanin. Orange Peel

Orange peel is one of the best natural remedies for skin lightening. Take some orange peel and dry it under the sun. When it is fully dry put it in a blender and make a fine powder. Add some milk and mix it well. Apply this paste to your face and wash it off with warm water after half an hour. It not only lightens the skin but acts as an excellent moisturizer.


Grind sandalwood and make it into a fine powder. Add some lemon and cucumber juice to it and make a paste. Apply it to your skin and let it dry. Wash it off with warm water. Sandalwood can also be mixed with lemon juice and tomato juice.

Gram flour

Gram flour has been used as a face cleanser for thousands of years in India. Add some turmeric powder to a tablespoon of gram flour. Add few drops of lemon juice and mix it well. Apply it to your entire body and wash it off after it becomes dry.


Potatoes are very effective skin lighteners. They help to reduce the pigmentation of the skin. Potato can be sliced and applied on the skin. It has to be washed off after half an hour. This has to be done daily to produce results.


Honey and milk are effective skin lighteners. They can be mixed together and the resultant paste can be applied to the face.

All these remedies have to be supplemented by a balanced diet, which includes fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water helps the skin to hydrate and also removes the toxins from the body. These fair skin complexion home remedies can produce results without damaging the skin.
