Is hair care routine worth trying?

Your hairs are the highlight of your look. If you have perfect hairs, then what do you want more than that? But the question arises that, how to get those perfect and glamorous hairs? The answer is simple, dedication and consistency towards your hair care routine would certainly help you out. So, here I am penning down some of my favorite steps that I do to maintain my hairs.

Let's begin!

Tip 1# Quit down all the heating tools!

Having rough hairs is the biggest task any girl would face in her life. If anyone is going through same nightmare, then you really don't need to worry because you are not alone and I can understand your pain. My hairs were also rough and not manageable. I tried many treatments from different hair salons but couldn't get that look which I have always wished for. I started straightening my hairs with different heating tools, just to tame down my curly hairs. Of course they looked beautiful, I was little bit happy, at least my hairs weren't looking that much bad. This worked only for few days, until I realized my mistake which I did by taking short cuts and learnt the lesson that temporary happiness won't give you everlasting joy.

Well, I realized my mistake.

Lesson : " Stop using those stuffs which are only giving you temporary relief."

Tip 2# Use wooden hairbrush!

This is the most unique and beneficial tip for your hairs. Some of it's valuable gains are :

  • It will distribute all your hair oils evenly.
  • It is not harsh to your hairs.
  • It will lead to thick hairs.
  • It will help you to tame down your hairs.

One of my old pal recommended this life saving tip to me. I was little bit hesitating to use this tool as I wasn't familiar to it. I searched internet and found that it is actually quite easier hair hack. Since then I have been using it. It's worth trying!

Tip 3# Apply Aloe Vera Gel!

Who doesn't know about this beauty!

Aloe Vera gel doesn't need any kind of introduction. Probably, it would take years to me just to write it's benefits. It is full of proteins which is the basic need of your hairs. It not only goes with hair care routine but also in skin care it is certainly beneficial. I am penning down some of its benefits which are :

  • Aloe Vera activates new hairs growth along with the growth of already existing hairs.
  • It increases the blood circulation to your scalps and in this way it helps for your hair growth.
  • It prevents itching on your scalps.
  • Amino acids in Aloe Vera can promote strength and add shine in your hairs.

It's my personal recommendation to use fresh Aloe Vera from the plant and scarp out all the gel from it.

Pro advice : "If you are using products which have Aloe Vera gel , please make sure that it contains 90% pure Aloe Vera gel."

I am absolutely in love with this!

Tip 4# Rinse off your hairs with Apple Cider Vinegar!

I learnt this tip from my aunt. She was going through extreme hair loss. She tried this tip and it worked really well for her. So, I tried this tip few months back and I am still using it.

I just loving doing this as it makes my hairs very much straight and smooth.

Directions :

"For this you will need 1 cup of cool water and add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Rinse your hair with this mixture after every regular bath and I am 100% sure that it is going to work very well. Use this for getting straight and smooth hairs!"

I have given the link where you can buy apple cider vinegar.

Must try!

Tip 5# Hot Oil Massage!

Hot hair oil massage goes with every hair type, it's a life saver hack plus there are no side effects of using this tip; effortless and beneficial.

It not only helps your hairs but also relaxes your body; worth trying if you are tensed or stressed . It works for hair growth as it increases blood circulation on your scalps. I would recommend you to heat the oil in a pan for a while before applying. I do hot oil hair massage at-least twice a week. The oils which I usually apply are :

  • Ava-coda oil ( It promotes shiny hair )
  • Coconut oil ( It promotes hair growth )
  • Olive oil ( It promotes thick hair )
  • Castor oil ( It promotes silky hair )

This is a must try tip for everyone out there who has been struggling to get perfect hair. Every oil has multiple benefits but I have written the most common benefit of the above written oils.

Pro advice : " Mix multiple oils together then use it.'

Hot oil hair massage is my favorite tip of all!
