Home Made Hair Pack To Control Hairfall
Almost all of us have struggled with excessive hair fall at one point of life or other. The condition becomes even worse during season change. Many other reasons are also responsible for it like change of place, too much stress, smoking, ageing, use of wrong hair conditioners/ shampoos etc. The heart breaks along with every strand of hair. No matter how ravishing your hair is, lack of volume overshadows its beauty. But don’t worry, you are not totally helpless. Here is a simple, easy to make hair pack that not only helps control hair fall but also makes it look more bouncy and oil free.
Ingredients:
Neem
Mint
Indian Gooseberry (Amla)
Soap nuts (Shikakai)
Chinese Soapberry (Reetha)
Aloe Vera gel
Egg
Banana
Method:
Take neem, mint, Gooseberry, soap nuts and soak it overnight in lukewarm water. Next morning, take this water and boil it till it gets reduced to half of its initial quantity. Now add Aloe Vera gel, banana and egg. Mix well. Your homemade hair pack is ready to use. Apply it on your hair wash after two hours.
You can keep it in a jar and store it in your refrigerator. Apply it once a week. Soap nuts, gooseberry and soapberry will stop the hair from falling and make them healthy. The protein in the egg nourishes the hair and conditions it naturally. Banana imparts lustre. Neem and mint keep minor infections at bay and make hair healthy.
