Hi I am Puja Thakur from India. I love writing about what interests me a lot. My love for writing has grown since those days when I start

Does your dull skin make you look old? Looking for natural methods which help you to enhance the glow of your skin? Revitalize yourself just by sitting at home. Don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on your skin glowing treatments. You need to do some small efforts, if you want glowing skin for free or at minimal cost. Here are some ways to improve the radiance of your skin.

Water is life. It not only satisfies our thirst however conjointly create our skin to glow. Even doctors advise people to drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water per day. Water not only just hydrates our body but also remove impurities, waste, excess of oil dirt, and toxins. This is the best natural way to clean impurities from your body. To make your skin luminous, drink 2 liters of water every day. Follow this natural approach and you will see the magic within a week.

Protect your skin from Sun

We get vitamin D from Sun but that does not mean you skin is safe from the Sun. Sun is only good in the morning from 7 AM to 9 PM. Sun UV rays can damage your skin texture. Too much exposure to the Sun can lead to skin cancer. If you have planned a beach trip then avoid the sun between 10 AM to 2 PM. The best way to protect from the sun is to wear clothes that cover the most part of your body and use sunscreen with SPF more than 45. Use natural remedies if you skin is left with tanning or sunburn. Apply a mixture of honey and lemon juice on tanned area of your body. This will help you to get rid of the tanned body. Use fresh Aloe Vera gel from your Kitchen garden and get the smooth and glowing skin.

Turmeric Powder

We all have turmeric powder at home. Apart from cooking, it has many antiseptic and skin lightening properties. If you have any scar which is troubling you from a long time then apply a mixture of pineapple juice with turmeric paste on your face or neck. It helps to fight against inflammatory, allergic and skin infections. When it gets dry then clean your face and neck with lukewarm water. Repeat this method twice or thrice in a week. You can also mix turmeric water with water or milk. In the end, you will get reduced scars and bright skin.

Green veggies are good for our health. Cucumber is one of them which you can eat and apply on your skin. Don’t buy any expensive product when you get astringent, hydrating and nourishing properties naturally with no side effects from Cucumber. It spells a magic on your face when you apply it. It has several properties as it will help to remove dead cells and repair your damaged cells. Just rub freshly cut cucumber on your face and leave it overnight. In the morning, clean your skin with warm water. Repeat the process daily to get radiance.

You may hear about the benefits of Coconut water. It not only help to get glowing face but act as antioxidant and moisturizing properties and clean all impurities.

Fiber-rich orange juice is also one of the best drinks to get the bright skin. It keeps you feel young and fresh by manufacturing collagen. Drink fresh orange juice always along with your breakfast in the morning and make your face glow.

Use a homemade scrub to exfoliation. Mix sugar with vegetable oil and scrub your face gently. You can also use baking soda or coconut oil scrub and remove your dead skin, blackheads from your face naturally.
