How To Make Your Eyes Appear Bigger With Make Up - Tips & Video

Updated on April 11, 2022

Big Eyes With Make Up

Make up can be your secret and key into getting the big eyes you've always wanted! A lot of girls love to enhance their beauties with their eyes.

Eyes can really change your whole face & look so focusing on these can help you get the preferred results from make up.

Some people might have small eyes but at the same time, their eyes might seem actually bigger due to the effects that the white color of the sclera give - white color around your iris.

You can have a whiter Sclera by avoiding smoking or using certain medicines ( drops ), also drinking clean and healthy water and breathing in the clean and non-polluted air.

Now, going back to the make up. Check this video of how I made my eyes appear bigger - they're actually naturally big but you can notice how bigger they've got in the final look.

I hope you like my modest video!

Explanation

As you can see, I started with the white/bright silver colored shadow on my eyelids, inner corners and on the waterline, then I specified the crease by putting dark brown going on gold then using an eyeliner.

I drew a curve along the shadows that were already put on the crease of the eye - to fade the sharpness of the curve, I've faded it away emerging it with the already put shadows-

Adding dark shades of gold, brown or red going on brown or even black right under the lower lash line can also give an illusion of bigger eyes.

Also, don't forget the mascara on both lashes - the lower and the upper ones - to get longer lashes, follow these tips.

- apply the first layer of mascara on the first eye & wait till it dries out a little and while waiting you can apply your mascara on the second eye. After that, you can go back to the first eye and apply the second layer of mascara, do this until you get your preferred results.

For separated lashes, you can use something thin like a needle but not the needle to avoid hurting yourself! You can use a thin tweezer or something to separate the stuck lashes.

Eyebrows: Try to keep the curve right under your eyebrows brighter than the shadows put, this can also give more specification of your eyes and an illusion of higher eyebrows.

More

I know this might be really heavy for some girls but occasions differ you know! You can wear it for Halloween or a wedding party or some other party, your choice.
