In the eternal quest of Volume for fine haired princesses!!

Updated on March 2, 2016

And the journey begins..

So, I did not ever feel the need to try and get volume till I was like 25 and then, well my hair kinda started falling out, lots and lots. I changed my diet..took supplements..but by the time they stopped falling out..tadaaaa...my fine textured hair looked sooper fine and thus began my journey for Va Va Voom volume!!

Try no. 1: Tresemme 24 hour Body Shampoo/Conditioner.

So I started out the economical way and had really high hopes from this one. But..ummm..no..this did not do much for my hair..aah back to the search.

Try no. 2: John Frieda Luxurious Volume Touchably Full Shampoo/ Conditioner

This was still an economical buy and I loved this product. It made my hair more voluminous and it definitely made me happy. But after about a month, my hair got used to it and kinda stopped reacting to the shampoo. And, I also suspect it was causing more hair loss. So, yes, on to the next one..

Try no. 3: Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo

OMG, this was the best decision I ever made. This is gentle on the hair, makes my hair big and nice without any blow drying or the round brushes. I am in love with this product, even though it price is on the higher side. But, I think I found the one.

Try No. 4 (Just for kicks!!) Big Shampoo by LUSH

An Excellent product!!! It smells great and does wonders for the hair. Who thought salt could make your hair that soft.

And the winner is...

Bumble and Bumble! *Applause*

Please go and try this shampoo if you have been on the lookout for a gentle shampoo that works wonders on fine textured hair. I know it sounds too good to be true, but pinky promise, it's gonna be awesome!!
