How to look 10 years younger in 10 days...
Background
Keep young and beautiful if you want to be loved!
This line from an old song is as relevant today as it was when it was written in the 1950's.
So lets start. First you need to take a good look in a full length mirror-naked! Practise smiling in the mirror. Then practice several times a day not using the mirror.
Now how is your body proportion are you top heavy or bottom heavy. Is most of the weight in your upper body of in your legs and thighs?
Next you should start an exercise routine which works on your weaknesses the most. Start gradually at first. Swimming and cycling are good because they hare high cardio and soft on your joints. As well both these activities burn up a lot of calories as well as firming and smoothing the skin and figure in general. Swimming is also very relaxing for the mind and spirit. Also get into a gentle weights routine. If you don't want to go to the gym buy a couple of hand-weights.
Next take look at your teeth. How long since you last went to the dentist. Go to the dentist with a view of giving yourself the best smile possible. Your diet is important to your overall look. I suggest eating at least two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables per day. Cut down on your meat ,sugar, salt and flour intake. drink vegetable juices which also help your mood.
Next go to a good hairstylist and discuss with him/her the best possible hairstyle you can have.
Next take a look at the clothes you wear. Are they in good order. Do they fit are your shoes in good repair and polished.
How about your skin. Go to a dermatologist and get some advice on the best possible treatment for your face. Maybe you could get some lines erased through plastic surgeon. A brow lift perhaps? Remove unwanted hair. Give your body a good scrub and exfoliate with a liquid body scrub. Get a fake tan from a spray booth about $30.00 Moisture your skin all over.
Now work on these points for the next ten days at least. You are virtually assured of looking 10 years younger than you were.
