Healthy body massage
Your skin tells how healthy you are. Skin is what reflects your real beauty.so staying beautiful starts from taking care of your skin. You indulge yourself in a body massage weekly once which rejuvenates your whole body texture. For that all you need is 2 spoons of almond oil, olive oil coconut oil, rose water and glycerin and cotton. First you have to mix rose water and glycerin together and keep it aside then mix the three magic oils in a bowl. After that make yourself comfortable and keep all the things at your reach. Now take a piece of cotton and dip it in the mixture of glycerin and rosewater and wipe it all over your body gently. You can even listen to your favorite music at this time. Then you can relax for five minutes. Take the magic oil mixture and start applying it on your body with your hand. When you are done, relax for next five minutes. Then start massaging your legs softly as you please. After your legs you can massage your neck and upper backside. Take care not to strain yourself so much. You can relax for a while and then pamper your lovely hands. A healthy massage will help in proper blood circulation and skin regeneration. When you are done with the massage, relax for 10 minutes. Let your favorite music play. You can have warm shower with a very mild herbal body wash of your choice. You will feel refreshed after this massage session and your skin will show wonder.
Skin rejuvenating face pack
Facial skin is prone to damage very easily. For facial rejuvenation, a massage of mashed papaya and lemon juice can be done. The dead cell from the skin can be removed with the help of papaya and lemon prevents skin infections mainly by fungus. Olive oil and almond oil mixed in equal proportion can applied in a thin layer on the knees, elbows and cracked feet to cure dryness. For beautiful lips honey and lemon juice can be mixed will and applied. One drop of lemon juice for two drops of honey would be correct proportion. Nothing can take care of you more than nature. Turmeric, neem and tulsi have great medicinal values. Make a fine paste of the three and apply on your face for 20 minutes and wash it off with a mild face wash. This is a very soothing face pack, whenever you feel your skin is dull. A gentle massage of almond oil around your eyes daily keeps away the frightening dark circles. Cleaning your nails with glycerin and rose water makes it strong, healthy and even improves its color.
Hair and Scalp care
Hair shows of your attitude. If you are tired with dry and frizzy hair try this one. Here is a simple way that you can try with two great things you always have at your home. The two magic things are olive oil and lemon. Here is how to bring your hair to your way. Take three spoon of olive oil and mix it with one spoon of lemon juice concentrate. Massage the mixture on your scalp for just five minutes and apply the rest of the mixture on your hair from the root to the tip. You can leave it for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off with your favorite herbal shampoo (better to keep your hair away from harsh chemicals). If you really want the mixture to get absorbed to the roots you can wrap a towel after dipping it in warm water (don’t forget to squeeze away the water from the towel but the warmth should be there). The warmth helps to open up the pores in your scalp and the mixture gets absorbed nicely. Do this weekly once and you can do wonders with your hair. Olive oil is a very good conditioner and it is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin E which protects your hair from being dried out. Lemon can prevent dandruff and skin infections.
