Noone Cares

With lots and lots of money at our disposal, luxury has now become a necessity! From head to toe, we have numerous products available to adorn ourselves. Not only women, but men are now, more on fashion and accessories.

Let us take slippers for example. The use of slippers is to protect our feet from any sharp surface. How does a slipper with a 4 digit tag help better in solving the purpose?

We all dress up to impress others, the real question is "Does anybody really care, what we wear?". At least with women, other women are eager to look and comment, but how about men? Do they really care what other men or even women wear?

Even with women, unless we show off, not really many care to see what we are wearing from head to toe! Without wanting to realize this basic truth we are ready to spend money on the so-called "BRANDED" products which are 10 times costlier than a non-branded product. The branded products don't even seem to last long or seem to be of great quality and definitely not proportional to the price paid!

This madness of dressing up has created a wave in all sects of the society, with money in plenty in all hands, we start dressing up irrespective of the fact whether it suits us or not!

Another important point is, most people are concerned only about getting compliments for oneself rather than giving compliments. Thus, most of us get dressed and end up giving a compliment just to get one in return!

Simplicity is a long forgotten virtue when it comes to dressing up! The real point here is "Who cares?". In the prime of our youth, yes, there are some people in the opposite sex who care. As you age, nobody really cares! The fact is, middle aged men and women seem to spend more money, time and energy in dressing up!

In the end, self-actualization is what it all sums up to! No one but one's own self actually cares about all the dressing up. The time spent in front of the mirror before going to a theater is a classic example. Who is going to bother in the darkness inside, while watching a movie, about you except yourself?

More than what you are outside, what you are inside, as a person is only going to matter in the long run. Concentrating on the latter and spending time on that will actually make people care for you!
