How to use oil cleansing method

Take a plastic bottle and add around 3 tbsp of castor oil to it and around 7 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Shake the bottle well so that both the oils get mixed properly.

Castor oil is said to be effective in removing the impurities from the skin while olive oil is good as a moisturiser. For acne prone skin it is best to take the two oils in the ratio of 75:25, while if you have dry skin then it is vice versa.

Clean your hands and put a little of this oils mixture on the palm of your hands. With gentle hands, massage this oil on your face and neck in circular motions.

Make sure that the oil gets into your skin well.

Now take a soft cotton cloth and dip it into warm water. Squeeze the excessive water from the cloth and wipe your face with this cloth.

You can even keep the warm cloth on your face for a few minutes, but make sure the water is not that warm to harm your face.
